Su servicio bajo mucho en los ultimos años: la atencion al cliente es pesima (te cambian las condiciones de un email al otro), envian productos que vencen en dias o semanas, no tienen control de los productos que envian (les mande 2 fotos y me pidieron un video con todos los productosâŠclaramente no tienen informacion de sus productos, es decir envian cualquier cosa).
En resumen, no pido nunca mas.

Una estrella es demasiado. Pésima experiencia. Realicé un pedido de yerba hace diez dÃas. Como no tenÃa ninguna novedad sobre la entrega de mi pedido, hice un reclamo a través del chat que figura en la web de la tienda. Un dÃa después, recibo una respuesta en la que se me informa que mi orden incluye "productos alimenticios" y que, por restricciones de importación que están fuera de su control, no van a poder entregar mi pedido. Ahora tengo que iniciar un reclamo para conseguir el reembolso correspondiente que, por supuesto, no será nada fácil. Pagué mi pedido con una tarjeta de Banco Nación (Argentina) que jamás me reembolsa el dinero en casos de compras en el exterior, como este.
¿Cómo venden y permiten que paguemos productos que luego no pueden entregar? ¿Por qué no los sacan de la "vidriera"? Tienen mi dinero desde hace diez dÃas y ahora me toca a mà recuperarlo de algún modo. Es absolutamente abusivo. Les recomiendo a todos aquellos que tengan oportunidad de leer esta reseña que NO confÃen en esta marca y que NO compren sus productos.

After two weeks of waiting, I went online chat to ask for an update, she replied saying that some of the products were unavailable and to pick new idems to replace them giving me a store credit. I received the available idems on the 27th of May. Two idems were expired on 03/10/25 aka cookies and chocolates, the rest of my purchase, Dulce de Leche, candy alfajores,etc are to expire on 07/25. Very embarrassing that this company sends expired products while being so expensive. In January 31, 2025 I got an update from Pampa Direct that two items were missing and they asked me how to proceed. I cancel the order and ask for a refund.
Daniel from Pampa Direct said that I had to wait 30 days for the credit to show in my credit card, OK I wait. Thirty days are pass no credit and no answer to my e-mails.
