Tevreden!

We've bought a chair and the xxl mouse pad. Both great quality, very happy with both purchases. We put the chair together with easy to follow instructions and the tool provided. We had a problem with the chair and the costumer service was more than accommodating and helpful. Fast delivery, fast replies to our queries, fast replacement of one piece... All in all a very good experience!

I just got the item today and I'm not sure if it will be a good product or not. However, the driver was pretty rude who just called me 2 minutes before with no prior notice on the date or the time. He dropped the goods a few blocks away and I had to hand carry it back. As a result, this review is delicate for ParaconGaming using a bad delivery company.

Order the Knight Pro and I couldn't be more happier!
Fast delivery and excellent material, really great good looking chair!
I super recommend!

Ok then, here is the review. First chair had quality problems, rgb lights didn't work equally. So after sending some video's they proposed to send new back and front seat and throw away the old ones. That helped , received new seats and now it's working fine.
Thanks 👍 arigato.

Zeer goede klantenservice. Heel tevreden over.
