Dropping car was lovely and a good driver but on my return, picking up was horrible. As soon as touch ground, I rang number provided and driver said to ring him when I pass passport control. I rang back and driver said in 20 mins. I rang back in 20 mins, driver said he was dropping off a car he is going back to the office and will get to me in 8mins. In 8 mins I rang the driver, who at this time became very rude and threatened me that if I keep calling him, the longer he would take and did not turn up for another 20mins. When he turned not even a hello, handed me my key and parking ticket asked me to sign and walked away. What a horrible meet and greet experience especially after a long flight I didn’t need that at all. I will not use this people anymore for my parking and will not recommend.

Very friendly, helpful staff. It was so much easier to have a stand at the airport in the car park. My car was waiting for me when I arrived back to Luton. I would definitely recommend and will use again. Very reasonably priced too.

Best parking service I’ve used as straight forward as it gets drop the car get the bus then on the return from plane to car was about 20 mins super service would definitely use again if flying out of standstead

Parking Buddy made it easy to secure a parking space at Bristol airport at short notice. The associate was reassuring, informing us that should we need to cancel the loss would be minimal (admin' fee). The booking process was easy with confirmation and all necessary reservation details being received promptly.

Easy booking the driver arrived shortly after I reached the terminal and the arrival back was smooth. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes before the driver arrived back with the car.

Very efficient polite and reliable service

The price was good, parking was easy to find and the booking confirmation was clear and accurate. The addition of google map was a welcome bonus. The shuttle bus and airport transfer was effecient, taking just few minutes to reach the airport. Everything went smoothly with no issues.
