Unprofessional, poor communication, high fees

They treat their clients with contempt,

We received a factoring management price increase of almost 59%.
We received this price increase on the 20th of February back dated to the 1st of January.
They never replied to my email dated the 20th of February, so I sent a reminder on the 5th of March.
They replied (on the 6th of March) saying they should have gave us 3 months’ notice of this price increase, but they forgot!!!
This effectively changed our year from January to December when previously our year ran from April to March.
(again, more changes without any notification).

I queried their response as their price increase does not add up properly to what they say the increase is!
(this was on the 9th of March with no reply), I sent a reminder on 19th of March (no reply), another reminder on 26th of March (no reply),
and my latest reminder on 1st of April (no reply).

We did receive an invoice dated the 17th of March and the price increase is different again, this time an increase of just over 32%.

Very poor experience from start to finish.

The job was overpriced to begin with, and after waiting months for the work to be carried out, it has still not been completed as agreed. We specifically paid for a new front door, however the work has been done in the wrong order, resulting in the back door being installed first and us being left without the front door that was originally specified.

To make matters worse, we are now being told the “solution” is to pay additional money to have the front door installed — the same door we agreed and already paid for. Discounted or not, this is completely unreasonable and effectively means we are being asked to pay extra to fix their mistake.

After delays, high costs, and poor organisation, this has been a very frustrating experience. Not what we paid for, and not a company I would recommend.

I had a small issue that was worrying me but Picassa Marsh was very efficient and responded to all my emails quickly with empathy and compassion and my problem was dealt with in a timely manner. I was treated like a human and not a mere number as they took my personal circumstances in consideration. Really pleased with their service, thank you.

Highly recommend to use Park PM, the experience was made even better by dealing with Scott O’Brien, he made sure that everything was done efficiently and securely by getting a locksmith out and providing a new set of keys and locks, Can’t thank him enough.

Recently dealt with Scott for an issue with our property in Crail. Received a same day response and shortly after confirmation the repair would be carried out shortly.
Excellent service and very prompt service.

I had communications with Scott O' Brien on multiple occasions, in this time he was very attentive, professional and easy to work with. I can’t speak highly enough of him, I would definitely recommend parks property management because of my experience with Scott.

As a maintenance contractor I have been dealing with Scott for a number of years. I find his management style to be clear, firm and fair. He always delivers feedback in a constructive fashion, whether positive or negative. He empowers me to always have the best interest on the developments I maintain. I believe the success we have had over the years maintaining these developments is down to Scott’s leadership qualities

I had an electrical fault in my flat and a guy called Scott O" Brien had an electrician out quicker than expected. Fault was found and rectified that same day. Very professional, polite and helpful. 5 stars all the way.

I've dealt with Scott O' Brien multiple times and always found him to be very polite, helpful and very thorough in every aspect of his job. Nothing is too much trouble and having dealt with other property manager's before I can honestly say he's one of the best one's. Really nice guy.

Park Property Management have been looking after our development at Parkside Gardens in Motherwell for the past 12 months or so. At the time they took over communications were sporadic on occasions which I believe was due to a poor handover by the previous property management company. However , since that rocky start communications and overall service has improved greatly and credit for this should be given to Craig Massey (PM) and his backroom staff. Recently we had a number of issues at site and Craig was able to reach out to various stakeholders and support agencies in order to address all relevant matters. He dealt directly with outside agencies and suppliers when required and regularly kept local residents updated on progress. I appreciate that Craig has most likely got a number of sites to manage (which isn’t easy) and hopefully now he has managed to pull things together at Parkside Gardens he is finding the job less stressful and more enjoyable.

Great company with attentive, helpful staff. Would highly recommend Alistair in particular

I have dealt mostly with Scott O'Brien at Park Property.
Scott is very helpful and does his best to get the job done on time, every time. Factors really do have a difficult job. It's not easy for them, chasing funds for essential repairs etc. People don't see the time and effort that goes into dealing with multiple tenants and occupiers. I have worked previously with other factoring companies and could honestly say that Park Property are by far the best out there.
