ZERO STARS. Failure to Complete Agreed Work and Aggressive Payment Demands
I am currently in an unresolved dispute with this company regarding a boundary fence for which I paid my agreed contribution of £57 in February 2024. Despite repeated assurances that the fence would be measured and repaired “the following week,” absolutely no progress was made. Instead, I received a series of inconsistent updates followed by increasingly aggressive demands for further payment.
In my experience, the company fails to organise work within a reasonable timeframe and does not provide clear, reliable communication. I have retained all correspondence documenting delays and contradictory statements.
Based on my dealings to date, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and do not consider the company’s conduct to meet an acceptable professional standard. This company is redundant, taking people's hard earned cash and offering very little in return.
Factor fees
PPM took over the factor management of the new build estate a live on. We never got anything to set up a direct debit with them we then received an unnecessarily aggressive letter saying we had missed a payment and were being billed with a late fee. A bill of which we're yet to receive a original invoice of. We called it was paid and the late fee was waved but no less than 6 months we have another late payment letter without an original invoice?

I have paid a standing order every months now I'm getting hit with invoice over two hundred a month .this was never the case before. Also have a cheek to add charge for missed payment when i have not received invoice.

One star is a star too many
In line with many reviews on here I have been disappointed with the performance of Park PM since they took over the estate. The good news is that the company recognise their poor performance. I quote:
'I would like to apologise for our performance, from our finance team through to property maintenance, or lack thereof.'
As mentioned in previous reviews debt management and chasing of invoices from residents appears to be non-existent and repairs remain outstanding for months.
As also mentioned the complaints process is bureaucratic.
We shall see how things progress after the General meeting for the site.

The worst property management company in the market
Avoid this company at all costs – truly the worst property management service on the market.
I’ve been paying this company monthly for several years—currently £90.7 - and up until recently, I never contacted them for anything related with their obligations to manage properties. The one time in over seven years that I requested support for a genuine issue in the residential area where I own a flat, they not only dismissed my request but responded with blatant rudeness.
Their customer service is appalling, and the prices they charge for contracted work are unjustifiably high. It’s clear they have no interest in supporting owners—they only care about collecting fees.
Given their attitude, pricing, and complete lack of accountability, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are far better property management services out there that actually value the people they serve.

badly trimmed hedging.waste not gathered and bagged properly .have to say overall the estate needs spruced up with park for kids .can't remember that ever been done.the state of kerning needing Cleaned .the pathway to shop disgraceful. regards T.Fitzpatrick.

They finished being our property managers at 11.59 on Sept 30th 2024 and we are now being invoiced for a debt of £5000 which they allowed one resident to accrue. Where is the management in this? Mismanagement and we’re paying for it.

Why can’t I give zero stars
Why can’t I give zero stars? This factors is easily the worst and least professional I have ever had ‘look after’ my affairs. The staff I spoke with on the phone were always polite and courteous but that never reflected the overall service I have received. After residents raised many concerns, things took a nasty turn when the MD decided to get involved and made it all very personal. It seemed very apparent that he wanted to have a fight rather than just do what was required of him. I have refrained from writing a review in the hope that there would be a mature and honest ending to this debacle but that is sadly not the case. I have just received communication to say that a sole residency had accrued a debt of over £5k, which they have permitted to let grow and grow. Having failed in their duty to manage this we, the remaining residents, are being asked to split this debt between us all. I cannot begin to put into words how utterly disappointed I am at the level of incompetence and disregard shown to the development and its owners. Dreadful company.

How can a homeowner run up £5000.00 in factoring bills? Easy let Park PM manage your property and debt recovery - 40 homeowners are baffled by Park PM's incompetence and indifference on the issue - Honestly how can a homeowner be allowed to run up such a debt IMO this has been allowed to accrue over a period of 3 year+.
If you want your money to be looked after DON'T go near Park PM

My float if £250 has been wiped out on return because this company decided to let one resident run up a debt od nearly £5000 which has been repaid by the rest of the development. Incompetent and disrespectful to us who paid our management fees in good faith. They did not care about us customers it didn't matter to them who paid them. I will be contacted my local MP to look into this further.
