Jamie Colebourn arranged the fleet insurance for our company and the service he provided was outstanding. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail, making sure we understood everything clearly. Fleet insurance can be quite complex, but Jamie made it feel straightforward and easy.

What really stood out was his professionalism, knowledge, and the genuine care he showed in making sure we had the right cover for our business. He is extremely informative, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond to help.

I would say about these brokers. They charge me 400 for the name of insurance and they didn’t help me insurance plus told me next me we are cancelling your insurance and they will not refund me.
Please guys don’t trust on Lewis sales officer and their team.

I have been a customer since 2021 and cannot fault their customer service. Whenever I’ve had any issues or concerns, Lee Evans has always been on the other end of the phone — something I didn’t experience with the other insurance companies I previously used.

Personalised service - time spent - understood needs and provided cover where required

Totally unprofessional. Calling themselves a broker, but only offering the apparent cheapest, which just so happened to the same insurer year after year, price going up and up. Had to make a claim (which wasn't my fault, a negligent motorist hit my parked car) and they couldn't finalise it, I ended up calling the other insurer to sort it out after months of Partners& seemingly doing absolutely nothing; that took around 9 months. They then 'accidentally' cancelled my direct debit, causing us a lot of hassle and they couldn't reinstate it - why I have no idea, they had no excuse other than 'sorry' and then demanded the rest of the premium, some £8,000 in advance!! I then shopped around and found another insurer who was some £4,000 cheaper a year, leading me to believe that they had not in fact been acting in my best interests as a broker to secure me the best deal, but purely lining their own pockets with the highest commission. I would never, EVER recommend this bunch of cowboys to anyone. Years ago they used to be good, but oh my word have the gone rapidly downhill.

I have been using Partners& for many years as they are friendly, helpful, professional and always working for the best interests of their clients. However, I have just had dealings with Laura Scofield, who has delivered service on a whole new level. Instantaneous response to emails and handled the entire process (which was not even beneficial to their company) with incredible speed and achieved great result. Outstanding

Great service from Nathan and the team in sorucing professional indemnity for a complex function being run under a UK Limited Company setup. Listened to our needs and sourced a policy from an underwriter as required. Would strongly recommend these guys for insurance brokering for Limited Companies.
