Amazed at the level of service and support we receive! Prior to finding Neil Follett, we had struggled with motor trade insurance as the companies we had dealt with had been frustrating to say the very least. Then we found Neil...he knows the motor trade and understands the industry which is paramount to us. He knows what we need and what our options are. We literally sleep better at night knowing we have done everything we can to protect our staff, customers, property and business - and that is purely thanks to the confidence we have in Neil. If we have a question or concern about anything, for instance if we are making a change in the business or wanting to know how to better take care of our staff - we know we can just pick up the phone and ask. We feel we get great value for money, we look at and discuss our options to make sure we know and understand what insurance we have in place. Looking at our insurance each year used to be a stressful nightmare - but now it is as simple as having a cuppa and a chat with someone so friendly, he feels like part of our team! My brokers Versatile Insurance claim to have joined this group. My smallholder Insurance is due for renewal soonest, The reminder came via email, on checking the Bank details did not match the the account, i challenged the adviser and he corrected the details but again these did not tally. Unsure that these guys are for real. Be wary of them. Website is professional but service is questionable

Yusuf provided great advice on my protection needs. I feel more comfortable knowing that should the worst happen, my business is protected.

Very helpful during a time of great pressure, existing policy was due to expire, we had to overcome delays due Covid-19. They made it as speedy as possible, when others couldn't at a reasonable level and reasonable price, taken into account difficult circumstances.
