We understand why you expected the item to ship immediately based on how it appeared at the time of purchase, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding that caused. In this case, we did send you an email the same day to notify you that the part needed to be allocated before it could ship.

Once the item was released, it shipped promptly. Transit from Florida to Washington took approximately 3 business days, which is faster than UPS Ground delivery timeframes for that distance. While we understand it may have felt longer, the total timeline from order to delivery was about 6 business days.

We truly do our best to keep customers informed as inventory situations change, and we regret any inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify what occurred.

Once an order leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s network, delivery timing and routing are controlled by the shipping carrier. While tracking updates can sometimes appear unusual or show movement away from a destination, this is based on the carrier’s internal routing and sorting process and not something we are able to directly control once the package is in transit.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over Mercury’s production or supply timelines, but we do continuously monitor updates and provide revised ETAs as soon as they are made available to us.

We completely understand your frustration with receiving review request emails while still waiting on your order—those are automated and do not reflect the fulfillment status of individual items.

At this time, we are still awaiting inventory from the manufacturer. If you prefer, you are absolutely welcome to cancel the order for a full refund rather than wait, and we can process that immediately for you.
