I ordered parts from your company
I ordered parts from your company, but never received them. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but was told it had already shipped.UPS said they never received the package from partsvu . Finally I filed a dispute through my credit card company.
I ordered the same parts from another company and received them four days later.

We understand how this can feel unexpected, and we appreciate your suggestion about clearer alerts during checkout—feedback like this is very helpful as we continue improving the ordering experience.

We also understand that carrier transit times are ultimately managed by FedEx once the package is handed off, and while we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.
