Received prior orders on time with OEM parts as advertised at the best price of any local dealer
Last order I cancelled due to back ordered part which I should have been better informed as to the delay given all the order was on hold. Recommend not holding or providing an option to get what was in stock. Needed to get the job done so canceled and promptly got a credit back.

The staff was extremely helpful and responded first thing the very next day when I asked about using GovX for the discount. The website was set up for me to find the exact products I needed for my 26 Merc. I will definitely be buying more from PartsVu.

I received everything I ordered in a timely fashion. Excellent!
I recently purchased a used boat and needed several maintenance items and a few specialty parts. Partsvu was the only place I found that had all the items I needed in stock and the prices were as good or better than anywhere else. I had never ordered from here before so I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleased when my order showed up complete and in an acceptable time frame. I have them bookmarked for future shopping needs!

Outstanding parts provider

Great customer service
Ordered a part and do to no issue on Parts Vu,OEM part was mis-packaged from factory. They immediately responded,sent another part and followed up! Customer Service at its best!

Great experience
Great experience, especially being on the other side of the border, worried about extra fees, and how long it would take, everything went very well. Absolutely no issues, the price with shipping, taxes and duties were as they said and arrived at the approximate time. Couldn't ask for anything more.
