I have not received my order it is stuck in customs .

È la seconda volta che acquisto dal sito internet, entrambe le volte la consegna è stata molto veloce, prodotti protetti con ghiaccio nonostante io abbia fatto l'ordine in inverno.

I had a very disappointing experience with Passione Toscana and cannot recommend this shop.

I ordered several cheeses that were advertised in the shop with individual weights of approximately 400–600 grams at a fixed price. However, the delivery only arrived after about one month, and only after I had opened a PayPal buyer protection case.

When the order finally arrived, most of the cheeses were significantly lighter than the weights stated in the shop. Unfortunately, the order confirmation does not include the exact weights, so I have no way to prove the discrepancy afterward or claim a refund.

Nevertheless, I feel misled and taken advantage of. The long delivery time combined with the much lower weights than advertised is unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and warn others against ordering from this shop.

Update 29.01.:
I've been offered a couple of Euros from this shop "to make things right". The main problem is, that you cannot proof how much of which product you ordered, since there are no weights stated in the order confirmation. Additionally they say it is ok, if the weight differs by up to 50 gr more or less from what you might have ordered (what you are not able to proof). Maybe someone should check if it is allowed in Europe for an online shop to sell "artisanal packed products" for a fixed price without fixing the weight you pay for in the order confirmation. Also there is no base price stated on their website which is mandatory in Germany at least.
Also there is the possibility that there are different weights stated depending on the language you choose. The price is still the same. Example: semistagionato-del-fiorini-caseificio-il-fiorino.
In German you get 75 gr more. Theses are the 75 gr they dicounted me, since this error is still visible.
So if you would like to order here: make sure to screenshot every single product page of the items you buy. Then be aware that they might send you up to 50 gr less then you expected without any possibilty for refund, as the state that this is just normal.
So again: no recommendation, no more stars, just a bad taste over all.

Ordered 1 month ago. No pack, no updates, they did no answer emails. For now I paid for nothing.

EDIT: I called then and they fixed the problem in 20 seconds, so I am updating my review. They don't answer emails but if you call they are very helpful

Velocissimi nell' evasione dell' ordine e nella consegna a domicilio. Prodotti di ottima qualità. Hanno acquisito un nuovo cliente!

Eigentlich gibt es gar keinen Stern. Eine Bestellung vom 1.12.2025 wurde angeblich am 15.12.2025 versendet. Kam aber nie an und dieSendungsverfolgung zeigte mir an, daß sie nie versendet wurde. Auf meine Nachfragen gibt es keinerlei Antwort und mein Geld ist mir bisher nicht zurück gezahlt worden. Das ist unseriös.

Pubblicizzano che l'ordine arriva in 2-3 giorni lavorativi, ma dopo 17 (12 lavorativi) sto ancora aspettando. Oggi è il 24/12 ed erano regali di Natale...

Sulla qualità dei prodotti, non avendoli ricevuti, non posso dire nulla.

There has been a delay in communication following the payment, and the after-sales service has been slow with minimal interest in resolving issues. Additionally, the shipping and packaging were inadequate, resulting in the oil can arriving damage. Since they didn't respond to emails, I opened a dispute on PayPal.

Ho assaggiato il formaggio, ottimo prodotto,vi farò sapere gli altri.

Mit dem bestellten Produkt war ich sehr zufrieden. Es hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war super verpackt mit Kühlpad und Styropor-Box.
Aber der Lieferdienst ist mangelhaft. Die Zustellinfos stimmen oft nicht, man wartet zuhause umsonst auf eine angekündigte Lieferung. Oft wird gar nicht bei GLS geklingelt, sondern das Paket direkt in einen Paketshop gebracht. Dies ist zum Glück dieses Mal nicht passiert, sonst wäre der Ricotta verdorben gewesen.

I always order dischi volanti pasta from Passione Toscana because they are nowhere to be found in French supermarkets.

The ordered goods arrived after 6.5 weeks instead of the stated 3–4 working days. We ordered 12 bottles of lemonade. When we opened the box, all bottles were intact, but unfortunately the package contained only 8 bottles instead of 12. This means 4 bottles are missing. Of course, we also paid the full price for the additional 4 lemonades. The bubble wrap around all 8 bottles was also very, very sticky. €15 shipping costs may be justified for delivery to Germany, but not when only half of the order arrives after such a long time.
