This company lies on their website


This company lies on their website about what is "in stock and ready to ship." I ordered a concrete coffee table for my patio on 6/7 because the website told me the product was "in stock and ready to ship." It shipped on 7/14. Throughout this process I asked customer service what was going on. They could only tell me that "it is hard to keep information inventory up to date."

Please note that absolutely nothing in their response truly addresses the fact that their website says “in stock and ready to ship” when in fact that is not the case. I can recall zero other cases where ready to ship meant you can expect your order to arrive in 1.5 months.

After the manufacturer confirmed your order, we emailed you an updated estimated ship date. We also followed up with the manufacturer shortly thereafter and sent you another update advising:

On July 1, 2026, the carrier, Metropolitan, provided tracking information for your shipment, and we promptly forwarded those tracking details to you via email. Your order was successfully delivered on July 15, 2026.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! The “expected” ship date is exaggerated- I was told 2-3 weeks and it keeps getting pushed out and I’m now at 10 weeks and the date is still just “expected”.

If you try and reach then it is a 35 minute hold time to talk to anyone, and when you finally connect - sorry your item is “custom” and can’t be changed or cancelled.

Buy local and save yourself a headache!!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. It’s been almost 10 weeks now for a “quick ship” item, and each week my new promised lead time was pushed out another week. This happened for 4 consecutive weeks, and then I was told to try contacting the freight delivery service myself. Customer service keeps bouncing me around, and I still have no real resolution or actual update on where my order is. So ridiculous! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

You did not have the advertised item and you canceled the order. You gave me three alternatives to choose from, none of which matched the item I originally ordered. You did not refund my $600.00.

Bait & Switch and poor customer service

When I called to get additional information the rep was incapable of answering very basic questions (her English was very limited too). She promised to e-mail me responses and never did. I called a couple of days later and got everything answered immediately. I then ordered, but the 2-4 week delivery promised became an estimated 6-7 weeks just 2 days later. Still don't know when I will receive the pool furniture I hoped to use this summer. Seems like a case of Bait and Switch.

Estimated Shipping Times
At the time an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent that includes the approximate lead time for the order. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may change based on product availability. Once the manufacturer accepts the order, we will notify you if the estimated shipping timeframe differs from the original estimate provided at checkout.


On June 17, 2026, after the manufacturer confirmed your order, we sent you an updated email advising that the estimated shipping date is July 15–20, 2026. As noted in that communication, this timeframe is provided by the manufacturer and remains subject to change. We also let you know that we would continue to keep you informed of any additional updates or tracking information as soon as it became available.

The biggest issue wasn't just the shipping delay—it was the way the product was marketed. When I placed my order, the website advertised a shipping time of just a few weeks. As time went on, my expected ship date continued to be pushed back until the delay stretched to approximately three months. Even more frustrating, the website continued advertising the same short lead time while I was waiting for my order.

I was also repeatedly told that someone would contact the manufacturer and provide an update within a few days, but those follow-ups never came. I had to keep reaching out myself just to get basic information.

The pricing practices were equally concerning. The furniture I ordered was consistently advertised as being deeply discounted from a much higher "regular" price. During the entire time I was shopping—and even after I placed my order—it appeared to be perpetually on sale. That made me question whether the higher price was ever truly the regular selling price or whether it simply created the impression of a significant discount.

If you're considering ordering from PatioLiving, I recommend paying close attention to both the advertised shipping estimates and the pricing history before making a purchase. My experience was that the advertised lead times did not reflect the actual delivery timeline, and the constant "sale" pricing made it difficult to determine the product's true everyday value.
