From the very beginning, they were both professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They guided me through every step of the process with clarity and patience, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.
Communication was always prompt and clear – I was never left wondering what the next step was or waiting long for a response. They handled all the legal details efficiently and kept everything moving forward, even when unexpected issues came up. I felt fully supported throughout.

I recommend Natalie Shine as a Conveyancer without hesitation. She always responds quickly, communicates clearly and highlighted questions and concerns when necessary. During the stressful time of selling and buying a house and dealing with estate agents, lenders and mortgage advisers, Natalie was the one person I could rely on to get things done quickly and accurately.

My Mum and I saw Victoria Messent and Bethany Dorney to make a will for my mum . They dealt with what my mum wanted and explained in detail what was required. They were both very pleasant and professional.

I’d like to thank the fantastic Donna and Raquel from Paul Robinson for the excellent job they did with the conveyancing of my flat purchase. When I was first choosing a solicitor, Raquel impressed me by following up with a phone call and asking detailed questions about my quote—even before I had selected them. Paul Robinson has been great with our flat sale and house purchase - big shout out to Debbie who is always really helpful!

I attempted to purchase a property at auction on 10th June 2025 and instructed Paul Robinson Solicitors to act on my behalf. Unfortunately, their negligence and lack of professionalism directly caused the failure of the purchase — through no fault of my own.

Despite clear timelines and ongoing communication, Paul Robinson Solicitors failed to provide an accurate completion statement before the day of completion, and demonstrated no urgency or adequate action throughout the process. Their inaction meant that the purchase could not proceed as planned.

As a result, I have suffered financial losses between £100,000 and £200,000, including my deposit, preparation costs, and related expenses. This property was a rental investment, and the failed transaction has severely impacted my business income. The financial and operational consequences have been devastating.

Worse still, after the transaction failed, I was blamed without justification, passed between employees, and offered no meaningful support or resolution. My formal complaint was handled poorly – I was questioned rather than helped, and no accountability was taken for the clear service failures.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors. Their unprofessional conduct, lack of responsibility, and poor client care have caused significant financial and emotional damage. I am now having to pursue legal action to recover my losses and seek justice for the harm done to my business

Received letter stating that they sent previous correspondence but hadn't received anything. They appointed administrator without talking to everyone involved.
Appointed council to clear house without asking if wanted any personal effects like photos or vinyl.

I cannot recommend Zeen at Paul Robinson enough. Her professionalism, expertise and knowledge are to be admired. At at time when you feel so overwhelmed, Zeen makes you feel supported and listened to. Zeen is prompt in her responses and proactive. She really is absolutely incredible at what she does and is a real credit to the company. I would recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors to anyone who is facing probate issues, although judging by the calibre of Solicitors, any department will exceed your expectations.

Avoid this lot at all costs, countless delays caused by them, pointless email after email, the people on reception are absolutely useless, didn't even check my i.d after I've signed important documents.
