Inaccurate size and no refund
I had quick responses to emails re measurements for a dog coat. Despite sending precise measurements, I was advised to get a particular size but it’s much too big - but Phil at the company will not refund me. I can only get an exchange. Any reputable company would refund goods in perfect condition. The item wasn’t quite like the photo which looked much better of course. I went to some trouble to get the measurements right but the actual item is much bigger than stated. I’m not happy and don’t recommend anyone to use this company. It’s very poor not to exchange such items which are often difficult to get right. Don’t buy from them,

This is not the case at all! We know for absolutely certain our sizes are exact to the mm and you measured incorrectly which is why we asked you to measure as instructed. We supply these to 2 of the largest uk pet retailers and sizes given are exact to the mm. I also explained we dont refund jackets as we have to wash and dry all returns regardless of wear. Also dont make out that these differ from the photos as its simply untrue. The 30k 5 star google reviews will contest that! Truth is you didn't measure prior to ordering or follow our simple instructions so we could then send u correct size. This review was not needed and again simple instructions were not followed.
Ordered a luxury doggy sofa in dark…
Ordered a luxury doggy sofa in dark green and received a car dog bed in orange and pale green. The offered a refund of £12 which I refused however on checking the website the bed I received is more expensive than the bed I ordered, they then offered a refund of £16 which I took for fear of being blocked. I have received the refund and they were very quick to respond.

Absolute joke!👎
Absolute joke! I did measure my dog and order what it says in the chart, but been sent wrong sizes. I E-mailed straight away,but I've been told this is the right size. No more replies, no solutions for the problem whatsoever. By the way, all items are from AliExpress but way more cheaper there and actually delivery is quicker than pawfect4... website and items looks good but delivery, prices and customer service NO NO NO. Especially you can cheaper and quicker!!!

This is not the case at all and this review is completly false!!! We responded straight away and our sizes are accurate to the mm. We can prove this beyond any doubt! We have sold these jackets for years its you who failed to measure your dog correctly and we explained how to do this and the chest size was the one we needed. We are awaiting your reply to exchange these for you! Our jackets are supplied to 2 of the top retailers in this country and ARE NOT from AliExpress. If this remove is not removed immediately we will proceed with defamation claims as you have not spoken a word of truth

Light , cosy & easy to fit . I bought two XLs & am very pleased .

Do not buy! Go to Poundland
Poor customer service. Waited over 10 days for product by which time I had to purchase an alternative.
Phil, the owner deflects and makes returns so challenging that people 'give up'. Appalling customer service.
Save your money (and time) and go to a reputable high street store.
I will continue to pursue refund.

Carlene This couldn't be more untrue and please remember we have your very rude emails to give to Trustpilot. Carlene ordered an item from us which was delivered within 7 working days as per our delivery terms which she was clearly aware of as we sent her an email on shipping reminding her of these! She emailed after receiving her order demanding money back without returning. She was very very rude and her tone awful. She doesn't understand that the item needs to be returned for us to refund. I explained this. She then went on to threaten me and said she would come to my address. I repeated the fact we need the item returned to refund to which she started calling me names and accusing us of being fraudulent which this review actually is and will be removed by Trustpilot for defamation. How she thinks you can keep the item and be refunded is ridiculous and quite frankly we will not deal with this awful women any longer!
Glad I didn't see the bad reviews
I was concerned after seeing the reviews which I looked at after I'd placed my order. I'm glad I looked after as I wouldn't have ordered but so pleased I did. Yes it took over a week for delivery but it did state this when I ordered. Very pleased with the anti anxiety dog bed I bought. My dog loves it, he's a back sleeper and an older dog so the extra base padding is great for him.

Dreadful experience
Be careful!
After requesting a refund follow an online purchase I was initially told the company doesn’t do refunds. It was only after informing them that they had a legal obligation to refund that they reluctantly said they would refund but only after accusing me of not measuring my dog correctly!
I then had to chase this refund up and when I finally got my money back the money refunded was £3.00 less than the cost of the coat.
Appalling customer service. I’ll never buy from this company again.

Elizabeth this is not a true review at all! We do offer refunds apart from dog jackets due to hygiene reasons. As explained we need to wash, dry and repackage these. We explained this to you and you failed to let us know you were returning without exchange as per our returns policy. As these are exchange only that is why you were not refunded. When you chased we did agree to refund this time! We also don't refund our £2.99 postage so your refund was not incorrect! Can I suggest next time you read our returns policy and measure prior to ordering. I know for a fact you didn't measure because our measurements are exact to the mm and we have sold these jackets well over 5yrs and know them very well!
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company, save your money & go elsewhere - dreadful experience. Ignoring request for refund despite goods being returned a month ago.

We were awaiting this item back and to date have not received it. Customer emailed just 1hr before writing this review prior to that we were not aware item had been returned. We have refunded anyway without the product so feel review should be removed given its customers responsibility to ensure we receive the return!!
Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company, do not buy from them.
I ordered a dog bed from them, still waiting to this day for it to arrive. It’s been over 4 weeks since ordering and paying for it, contacted them multiple times via email with no response whatsoever, companies like this need shutting down.

Poorly packaged & poor quality/value
Poor amateur packaging. The address label was hand written and sellotaped on, the bag was torn leaving a bit of the bed exposed. The bed itself “Anti anxiety/ calming dog bed” was poor quality. Thinner than the cheap ones you can get on B&M type stores.

Order not received
I ordered a dog bed 10 weeks ago on 31st July which I never received. I have emailed info@pawfect4pets address twice with no response and also submitted the online form, again with no response. I received a dispatch email from info@pawfect4pets on 3rd August (with no tracking info) so they are definitely able to send and receive my emails. Gutted to have had my money stolen but hopefully this can be a warning to others.

Personally I would avoid this…
Personally I would avoid this company.i asked the question on shipping before purchasing .was informed bed would arrive within 4 to 5 days .so I purchased.
Nothing arrived for weeks.had to contact seller .as no single contact was made to myself on by them.
Very poor communication. Eventually confirmed by seller that parcel was lost so they agreed a refund..no issue there..after requesting twice after a few weeks .where was my refund?. Totally ignored.....eventually I got paypal resolution centre involved who got my money back for me.
My personal opinion on my purchase?
Poor communication
Lack of interest in helping
Blatantly ignorant and not very trustworthy.
This is people's hard earned money you are dealing with..

Ralph we said we would refund and you then proceeded to open a paypal dispute! We therefore told paypal to refund! Once a case is open they proceed at their pace. We told them parcel had been lost and provided evidence in your favour. I also emailed and apolgised to you twice and we did send both order confirmation and shipped emails to you to keep you informed. I apologise for loss of item but had you have just let us refund this case would have been closed but instead you were the one who escalated it! I beleive your review to be harsh as it doesn't truly represent the situation as it was. Yes the item was lost, yes we responded straight away to offer refund or resend, yet you still proceeded to open a paypal case. We then instructed paypal to refund. These are the facts. I am sorry for the product not arriving
No delivery of order
Placed an order on 14th July and still haven’t received the product. Contacted them last week and was told Evri had lost the parcel and I would have it by the weekend. Still haven’t received my order.

Item missing from order
Item missing from order. The communication form on the Website is not working to contact them and report it.Cheap material and the cooling mat for dogs is not cooling at all.

You didn't get any message from me because your website doesn't work. It wouldn't send the message.
The cooling mat doesn't work as I tried it myself and didn't seem to make any difference to my body's temperature. while the gel cooling mats does. Unless you think your product is species specific.
If you would have provide in your website an email instead of your contact form I would have send you there.
I went to your website to find the contact details and your form came up, not your email. Didn't find any live chat either. Otherwise would have used it.
When exactly did I say that I just placed my hand on it???
How about resting my whole leg on it for 30minutes? And before you will make assumptions again. My whole leg is not more 25Kgr for an XL size cooling mat.
But right, I'm the one here that hasn't said not even one thing correct!!!
Not even that my order arrived incomplete.

Our website contact us page is working correctly and we have been receiving emails and not had any from you! Please tell me the missing item by contacting us at info@pawfect4pets.co.uk
The cooling mat does work but you are not using correctly. This works when the dog lies on the mat and it releases the dogs body heat and allows cool air in thus naturally cooling the dog down. We dont use harmful gels and these mats are the same mats sold widley across the UK and we have good responses to these! I suggest if you weren't happy why didnt you email us instead of writing on here?!?!
Update on customer response: firstly a human simply placing their hand on these mats will have zero effect! You have not used this correctly. If you would like to purchase toxic gel mats for your dog go right ahead but its absolutely not advised. Can I suggest you read how these should work before throwing nasty 1 star reviews that have huge impact on a business!?
Also OUR CONTACT US FORM WORKS FINE! its been fully tested and have received emails with no issues at all. I can say that for certain so no idea why it wouldnt send. We also have a live chat feature which you didn't use and enail address is in the footer of the website!!
Not 1 thing you have said in this review has been honest or accurate. We have said clearly prior to you buying how these mats work and we have three different ways you can contact us and all are working! I have repeatedly asked now for you to identify the missing item. Some of our products are sent separately. Please email us and kindly remove this review!
Still no refund…
Still waiting for a refund from the original dogs bed i sent back. I have sent proof of postage and the screen shot that shows it was delivered to the address they provided

This is now your 2nd bad review even after I have emailed you to explain multiple times!!! Please listen to what I am actually saying here!! You opened a paypal case which automatically takes money from our account and places it on hold. We then give paypal the authority to refund you but has to go through their process first as you opened a case instead of letting us just refund you! As I have now explained 3 times. The 2nd bed you received would of been because of the 1st parcel sent being stuck at Evri with no update so we reposted the one you received. I can only think they found the 1st one and have delivered it to you. As I said we don't want it back so please feel free to keep! There really is no need for 2 nasty reviews when I have responded to your email within minutes! Very upset by this

Ann the bed you have ordered comes with clear instructions to allow at least 48hrs for it to regain shape after packing. We also have received no communication from you prior to this review and feel upset that you have chosen to write this instead of have a conversation with us! Please remove this review and at least give us an opportunity to resolve!

Helen this is simply not true and iur cooling mats are the ONLY ones sold across the UK! The gel ones are harmful and contain toxins ours are completely safe. The way it works is once the dog lies on it, it allows dogs body heat to escape and cool air in thus cooling the dog naturally! Your review is inaccurate, rude and un necessary!!! Another customer that doesn't use the product they have bought for the intended purpose instead just takes one look and decides to write nasty comments without so much as contacting us first!!! Clearly didnt bother to read the 31k 5 star verified reviews on google but decided to read a handful of nasty ones on here including this one! I completely disagree with your assessment of our cool mats and ask that you use as you should instead of just making snap nasty judgements!
Disappointing waste of time
Poor quality cooling bed which, like others had clearly been delivered from elsewhere as had a second delivery label added over the top.
Was told hundreds of these are sold yet not one review for it on their website
Was sent a return address that was incorrect, possibly a mis-type although the tracking and delivered back photo was at the correct address.
Emails sent by myself as I’d heard nothing and was told they had not received it back, despite me sending the proof of delivery.
I was refunded after chasing but overall a very disappointing experience and wish I’d read reviews on here first.
Update after seller response!
Yes I emailed till I got a response- I’d emailed twice asking if you received the item back and was ignored. I did not make ANY demands in any way, I asked if you had seen the return as tracking showed delivered to the correct address despite you sent me the wrong number of the property! I then sent multiple proof of posting Royal Mail delivered evidence, despite you giving me a return address that didn’t exist !!! I do not appreciate it being intimated I’m lying.
Not sure what I’m expected to do, purchased in good faith, wasn’t happy when item arrived. Requested return for refund which I completed as asked to do. No response! You refunded when I sent evidence yes, I feel I’m entitled completely.
Maybe your return procedure needs improving. I’ve not been anything other than pleasant at all times in trying to just sort what shouldn’t be so difficult.

Firstly our item has many thousands of reviews on Google but customer choose to ignore those! We asked this customer to return to our address. The item never arrived with us, yet we had many emails one after the other demanding a refund! I explained this hadn't arrived and to allow me time to check with neighbours and surrounding buildings as the development is new and we have an office at the rear of the property. Within an hour she was emailing again! I then explained we would process the refund without the product, something we don't need to do by law! Refund was done and received very qucikly. Customer then choose to write on here after saying she had complained to Royal Mail. Appreciate that but fact is item was not returned to us and we still refunded leaving us way out of pocket, so no idea why we are left with a 1 star review!!! Completely false review and customer never gave an opportunity for an answer to her emails let alone for us to investigate properly!!
Order issue
Ordered my item and received no order confirmation email. Contacted pawfect4pets and was told it would take 7-9 days to arrive after dispatch which was great. Received no further communication from them until it was received yesterday.
Contacted pawfect4pets to ask for a return as the cooling mat I ordered is very cheap feeling and poor quality, response received was very defensive from one of the employees and stated it’s a huge shame that I am returning. General public are allowed a valid opinion and a company should take these comments as potential improvements rather than sharp defensive response's.

Millie had her review taken down by trustpilot the 1st time so this is round 2!! Millie was sent an order confirmation and shipped email which clearly reminded her of delivery terms and who was delivering so not sure what more communication was wanted or needed! Simple fact is that these cooling mats are the number 1 best seller on the web and do not contain gel or harsh chemicals. The way they work is to allow dogs body heat out and cool air in thus naturally cooling them down overtime. They only work once a dog lies on them! Millie did not even give the product a go or use in the correct way! A quick snap decision by not understanding what she had bought! Shame she feels the need to keep posting even though first review was removed under integrity issues with this platform! Unfortunately like the handful of people on here, she has ignored our 31k+ 5 star reviews on Google which are verified and turns to truspilot where it seems people can write whatever they like, regardless of context! Also Millie a retailer is allowed to.ask why a product is being returned and express disappointment that you didn't use properly before publicly telling us all its rubbish when in fact it isn't!
