I don't think this cooling mat is going to arrive. It was despatched 8 days ago. Looks like I've been ripped off and my lovely old dog will not receive his cooling mat. Wish I'd checked the company on Trustpilot before making the purchase.

It did arrive on the eighth day after placing the order but Yunexpress had messaged me to say they had a parcel but not what it was or who it was from. Pawsperfect4pets had said it would be delivered by Royal Mail or Evri and it was in fact delivered by Amazon. HOWEVER, IT DOES LOOK LIKE A GOOD MAT.

Hugely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered an extra large dog bed, which cost over £60 thinking it would be of reasonable quality. Why oh why did I not read the reviews before ordering?!

It arrived in a shocking state, bag ripped and re sealed with tape, folded over so many times that the sides won’t sit upright for my dog to sit in it.
It’s very poor quality. Be lucky if it lasts a few months I reckon. And for some reason the wording on the bed has changed from “pet heaven” to “pet family”. What on earth does pet family even mean for a single large dog. Family pet would make more sense.

I would really recommend purchasing anywhere else, I will never order from here again.

Item ordered two weeks ago.
No shipping email.
Tried to reply to purchase confirmation email and comes back address does not exist.
Used the contact form on website but after writing out the query and hitting send it responds ‘unable to send at this time’.
No other way to contact.

Slow delivery as probably dropship from China, packaging had Chinese post label. Item is just a cheap poor quality, buying direct from Temu would have been faster and significantly cheaper.

I wish I had paid attention to the reviews! Terrible service and product (xl dog cooling bed) is worth 10% of what I paid. Really bad experience!
There was no email after the initial order email so had no idea what was going on with the order. Also no replies to my email. Order took ages to arrive and the product is absolutely terrible! Another reviewer said your products were the same quality as Shein but I think that is insulting to Shein.

I received an order dispatched email and waited over the maximum estimated delivery time. I made contact to enquire about the items only to be informed the product has been discontinued. Not sure how it can be shipped and also be discontinued but anyway no big deal these things happen. I would like to add the reply I received was perfectly helpful and friendly.

I have asked for the equivalent value of anything from the website to be sent as a replacement and offered to pay the difference if necessary. I haven't received a reply, a substitute order or a refund

I purchased two cooling mats for my dog.

As soon as I removed them from the packaging the first thing I noticed was how cool they felt, they are a good size for my boy..
My dog loves the mats and I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews and placed the order.

Just received the personalised blanket I ordered and it is nothing like what was pictured on the website. Very poor quality, very thin no way the same blanket as was advertised. The writing was pictured on the website as being in a heart and looked decent quality, this is not what was received. The writing on my blanket is poor quality print which will come off in no time. A total disappointment, do not buy from this site it is a total rip off!

I would have contacted pawfect4pets on the back of their reply, but I never received an email to confirm my order when I made the order so do not have an order number. I did have an account n their website, but this stopped working just before I received my order and my requests for a change of password have gone unanswered. Coincidence? I think not. This site is a complete rip off.

The profile picture added is what I received. If you check the website you will see that what I received is nothing like the personalised blanket they advertise.

As requested I sent a picture on 10/07, and no surprise, got no reply. Do not buy from this site!

Ordered on the 21st June and item was sent on 23rd june has been way over the estimated time Of delivery and I’ve emailed and emailed asking for a update or tracking number and no one has got back to me pretty sure it’s either a scam or a poorly run company will never use again or recommend

The reading of complaints and the responses is hilarious, almost worth the lost £20. Think it might be better for them to focus on customer service/product quality than getting upset about honest feedback. I mean, I tried it myself last, sleeping on it. No cooling qualities whatsoever. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering this useless product.

Total scam, advertising as if in the UK at premium prices and the stuff comes from China costing less than half the price they charge - people want to buy from British companies not people pretending to be in the UK. Time these scams were shut down. Ordered 20th still not arrived with Evri so god knows when will get here. If you check on international tracking it shows this has been shipped from abroad and that the plane only arrived in the UK yesterday and Evri haven't got it which is how I know it's not from the UK and I can read

Recieved my cat bowl today, very happy with the quality and service. Thank you Love the colour.

I ordered a bed, but the sizing was incorrect. I was advised to return the item and reorder a larger size, which I did — however, I never received a refund for the original, smaller item.
The overall experience was disappointing: the product quality is poor, delivery took significantly longer than expected, and it appears the items were shipped from overseas (likely China), which was not clearly communicated upfront.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I placed an order on the 5th June 2025. No confirmation email received and cannot get any feedback from the company having left messages via the website 3 times now. Also, their CHATBOT does not work and constantly says they're busy - paid £21.98 - no communication / no delivery / no one to speak to.
I think this is a scam website - BEWARE.
If Pawfect4Pets have the decency to respond to this, I will remove this review; however, I doubt I will hear anything from them !!

Week four at the paws for pets saga .
Email received confirming bed to be returned and address given to me, told refund would be made as soon as it was received, well well seems like the emails go unanswered, emailed Friday 4th July, no response , follow up Saturday 5th of July no response , email Monday 7th of July still no response.
Reality is will I ever see my refund? It seems that they are selective to say the say the least about what they answer and when, with all honesty the product was unique in the sense that I cannot believe one of these would be sold in a shop at £79 it was dreadful.
Contact is on a when I get round to it basis and then claims emails had been sent, I now await my refund in it doesn’t appear then simple will reclaim it as a chargeback …

The Saga continues — despite many assurances of delivery within the 10 days .. the tracking number still shows that the parcel is still not up for delivery some 13 days after the order. I have been realistic in the review and can now confirm that there is no control over delivery times / dates etc.
whilst I accept this is a small company reality is that they are not in control of deliveries, have asked for a refund.. and would award zero stars but not allowed to …

As for the review being unecessary, this I would dispute .. my comments seem to be correct, you hold no stock , you get paid for items you do not have , these are then sent directly by your Chinese supplier as such no tracking information is given, whilst I admire the fact that people try and participate in business I find it hard to swallow that items are claimed to be in stock but are never delivered on time and there is no tracking .. with all honesty I would recommend that people don’t use you purely on the basis that there is a total lack of honesty in your approach .. whilst I am still waiting for a further update one can assume that the item is somewhere in the world but clearly won’t be with me in the 9’days you state as maximum

Well what can one say of placed and order and got a receipt no approx delivery date etc , I think that companies should be honest if your based in china and your products have to shipped from china then don’t masquerade as a UK company , if in fact your a UK company that uses a Chinese drop shop facility then be honest and say you don’t stock any products .
What I find incredible is that despite and email and the order being placed a week ago no one has contacted me , there is no way of canceling the order as in fact there is no one that Answers emails . We will see if and when the bed arrives if it arrives in the meantime I want to cancel my order .. which I may do as I don’t have any communication this is no way to operate a business totally dishonest

I recently bought an anti-anxiety bed for my dog which cost nearly £40.00. I’m now wishing I had read the reviews first. The bed was very poor quality, flimsy and not enough stuffing. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company!

Placed an order on the 7th May. Had very little communication as the status of my order. Had to chase and was told their terms and conditions were 7-10 working days for delivery. It’s been 14 days since placing the order and haven’t heard a word - no email, no delivery update/tracking info. Will never use this company again. If I don’t hear anything by the end of today, I am cancelling the payment with bank.
