This was caused by a production error during one of the printing batches, which unfortunately resulted in duplicated/missing months on some calendars. While we do have many returning participants, we also welcome thousands of new dogs and cats into the contests regularly across the USA, and winners and placements change from contest to contest. Support can come in many forms, including free votes, friends and family sharing, achievements, bonus votes, and optional vote purchases. We also want to mention that supporting rescue pets and shelters is something very important to us as well, and donations/support initiatives are part of what we do through our community. We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.
