We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. To clarify, Paylix itself does not hold or process cryptocurrency payments. Each merchant on our platform chooses their own crypto provider (such as OxaPay, NowPayments, or Cryptomus) and connects their own account. This means all blockchain transactions, wallet addresses, and confirmations are fully managed by that external provider, not Paylix.

When you made your payment, the funds went directly to the merchant’s processor account. If the processor did not confirm the payment to our system via their API, the invoice status remained “Awaiting Payment.” This is not a case of Paylix losing or withholding funds, we never touch or control the crypto at any stage.

That said, we did reach out to the merchant on your behalf, and we understand that your service was delivered. The merchant has also been in contact with their crypto provider to resolve any outstanding payment tracking issues on his end.

We welcome screenshots you’ve mentioned, as they will show your threatening messages towards us, and our attempt to resolve the situation peacefully. Which will also further confirm that the transaction was outside of Paylix’s custody.

We do take all reports seriously, but it’s important for buyers to know that responsibility for blockchain confirmations and credits lies with the merchant’s chosen provider. Paylix’s role is to provide the storefront and connection, not to custody crypto.

Just to clarify though - we're actually a completely separate company from Sellix! While we understand there might be some confusion given the similar space we operated in, Paylix is its own independent platform with its own team. Sellix operates as a separate business, and there wasn't an exit scam - they're just a different company altogether.
