Hi had my rooms measured yesterday (Wednesday 23rd July) for kitchen and one bedroom vinyl. The man that come to measure was called John, he was the nicest man we’ve met, so polite, very friendly and chatty and ran us through everything we needed to no about payments, dates, fitting etc etc. I will be having my new flooring fitted in August so will update my review then, but up to no I’m very happy.

I purchased a sofa from these and I reported the damage to it as the material started the fray behind the cushions on the sofas I asked them to replace this as it's still under warranty and they said there's nothing they can do ,clearly you can see the backs of sofa material n the wood is poor material is just wearing away if I could upload pik I would

service, The rep made me feel at ease and had plenty of samples. The Rep was very patient as I decided on what suited my home best

Lovely at the beginning then when I did get a date I was mess about only offering to do the hallway and toilet floor as kitchen floor was not in the size I needed after I took the electrical stuff out I was told had to order it in then floor people turn up and said needed to do the kitchen first as we stopped taking the old floor up after being told from the shop so never got it done I had to wait till the Monday when the floor did get done on the Monday said it have to cut behind fridge and cooker does not match and I got wrong door bits gold I asked for I got sliver and toilet has big bump under the floor that was not there when it was ready for them to do I got small little cuts in the floor so was not to impressed but after not having a floor for over a year it was in my eyes rushed

Having purchased and had no issue first time around thought I'd purchase again. Well service second time alot different. The wrong door rod had been ordersd so they've fitted it but its not flush as it should be. Top it off got a message because issue with the bank accusing me of attempting fraudulent activity when in fact was just an issue and the payment wasn't missed!
However the flooring i got is beautiful and transformed my kitchen perfectly.

Absolutely love my new stairs carpet. It was laid by two lovely gents who weren’t bothered by our barking dogs (they’re anxious boys)
Carpet is so soft and comfortable on my sore feet, I’m glad I went for the thicker one 🥰

Never ended up with carpets but lost £200 through wrong information and been left with both bedrooms completely with no carpets as didn't want to continue with them as told me one price and when paid £300 they upped the price another £100. So for 2 bedroom carpets was going to be £900 absolutely rip off.

No added fees you pay what you agree on day one with the adviser. Your carpet is supplied and fitted a couple of weeks after deposit and to a very high standard by friendly staff.

When we were spoken to by the sales person he said we had to take all furniture out but never said anything about taking the carpet up ready and he didn’t even order the poll that was meant to hold the new carpet down. When the guys came to do the job they came into the house and said they couldn’t do it cause the old carpet was still down but instead of them giving us chance to take the carpet up they left and said we would have to rebook. But how on earth does it take 4 people to put lino down in a small room it takes the mick. The guy who came just wanted to get a sale and didn’t want to explain what had to be done properly.

The customer service from start to finish was great. Love my new flooring. I would recommend the company to other people. I have already gave people the number

I wouldn't choose anyone else to buy furniture and flooring from, just love this company and the goods are excellent fantastic company

I am really happy that I found this site and jack Taylor was great from the start tell me everything i need to now and the fit that lied my carpet was great too

More interested in getting a sale than actually talking you through the actual t&Cs. Placed an order Friday 20th June, however over the weekend I managed to sort the carpets out I needed. I called Monday 23rd June to cancel the order, the advisor on the phone was so unbelievably rude to me, stating I cannot get my money back as a months payment was taken on the 23rd due to a £40 non refundable deposit. Now this is where they get you, salesman said there is no deposit etc so they are now refusing to refund my first month payment. Very misleading company to say the least. They state it is in their t&Cs, however this should be stated more clearly as I would have never placed the order knowing I can't cancel within a few days without it costing me. Really really bad experience. Please avoid at all costs.

Was not impressed with the delivery of my BBQ, it was supposed to be put together by the delivery men, yes it was raining but they could of put it up in my kitchen. When I came to put it up myself it was damaged, I have waited three weeks to get this sorted out.
