I have used this company twice now and they are very reasonable great quality flooring and friendly staff I would recommend highly

Bought a bed from this place. Mike, the rep was the one who helped me with everything. From start to finish. Top guy. Would defo recommend.

My sales agent was lovely very friendly and polite, she was very understanding. I love the fact that she didnt take an advantage of how desperate iam for a new bed but didn't have the deposit she easnt push me to pay it or try n get the money to pay the deposit I told her I could it next week she said ok we can sort something out will 💯 use this company again.

Me and my wife booked an appointment and a sales guy called Mike Hoy contacted me to arrange an appointment, when he visited our home he made us feel very comfortable and he seemed very knowledgeable, we would definitely recommend him and pay per week.

Mike was very helpful this is the second time I've had Mike come and do measurements he's always well manner and great chat
Got my carpet done in January and still looks amazing just placed my second order for my living room and sons bedroom I can't wait to see the end results

Honestly I wish I’d listened and read the reviews more. Shocking customer service the lady on the phone needs training she’s disgusting to say the least. Waited for a sofa, oh it came but the drivers swearing and luckily I have caught it on ring door bell. They said it didn’t fit but if you listen to the man he said he is not f***ing around and did not try. Took photos to send to themselves, I receive a text saying sofa been delivered … erm no it hasn’t, NOONE from here called me to explain anything so I have had to chase numerous time, advised I want to cancel and that I’d be charged for that I don’t think so I have no goods, wasting money on chasing. Luckily my bank listened to me and refunded my £300 I am not being scammed. Avoid avoid avoid

Update - Rebecca if you are the rude lady who constantly answers the phones then no I won’t be dealing with you at all. The customer service is shocking. & like I said on Facebook the video is on TikTok I am not longer wasting my time

Had my stairs and landing done well happy with it and the fitters was so friendly

So far so good nice customer services. Lovely ppl who came to install my bed.
Only downside was time 6 am to come and fit my bed and install it. I would say that time is a bit excessive and complaints from neighbours due to screwing and installing a bed at 6 am. Other than that it has all been ok so far

Couldnt be more pleased, take an amount that suited my budget, so glad i chose this company.

From making an order on a bed it was delivered 2 weeks later the gentlemen who delivered and put it together were wonderful respectful polite and did a wonderful job, I have used this company for all carpets in my house also will always use them.

I had 2 bedroom carpets fitted .
1 of them was fine but second one was off a end role , and had a line through it so it looks like it’s been pieced . I rung up to complain but all there reply was it will disappear over time . But it’s been a couple of months now and it’s still visible . I would not use this company again .

The service I received was exceptionally poor. When I spoke to the account manager, they simply transferred me to customer service. It is disheartening that the manager is unable to assist customers. Additionally, it is unfortunate that the purchase limit is one item at a time.

Second time using them. Everything was going perfect....as well as the fitter, great job....but left a right mess behind! Cut carpet and underlay left dumped by front door, on interior windowsills, one of his tools (which i called the shop but never bothered to get back to me or collect it).

From my first visit. To fitting was absolutely amazing. Good customer service easy to set up and quality of my carpet is lovely.
