Moving slower than a dyeing sloth the ‘Partner’ dealing with my divorce ‘lost’ correspondence then spectacularly ‘lost’ my pension leaving me open to a contempt of Court charge! Fortunately my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman was found entirely in my favour.

I’ve used Pickering & Butters Solicitors over the years both in a private and commercial context. I’ve always had good sound advice and effective outcomes.

Their fees are not cheap (find me a solicitors that is cheap!) but they are highly effective in achieving the desired results.
