My claim required some additional details which we provided , the interaction was a simple process and our comments were reviewed and contact made with the vet, these enabled PDSA to make a timely decision regarding the treatment provided and condition our cat had . the claim was settled to our satisfaction

Very happy with the cover of my policy and also a very competitive price

I have disabilities and have a problem with filling in forms when I rang to ask for help to filling it over the phone to take all my details it was told by staff that it can not be done and I would have to fill the form on the Internet this was very frustrating and would like a new program set in place from wendy Singleton

claims were very prompt regarding payment. found company very helpful when contacting by phone. would recommend pdsa to other owners. riva's ongoing treatment was not an issue. many thanks.

Claiming was very easy but I actually getting hold of my documents not too straightforward. It may just be me but when I googled the PDSA website it don't give you a pet insurance log in and so had to go looking for the corect website. Always being short of time I like to just google a site and find what I need!

Knowing that my Maisie need help and taking care of it was the best option to do a peaceful mind

Shocking business conduct. I took out 2 policies with PDSA Pet Insurance for my two dogs as they are a Charity. I made a claim a few weeks back but was told they had no response from the vets. The PDSA Vets themselves say they contacted them back but they (PDSA Pet Insurance) said they could find no claim!! Yet PDSA Pet Insurance emailed me to say they had tried 3 times to get a report from the PDSA Vets, but didn't get any response. Blaming each other. Currently trying to get through to them on the phone with no response either. Nobody seems to work there. I've tried my best to help this Charity, but it turns out to be at my dog's detriment.

As PDSA I would have thought you would have insured all dogs I have a exception certificate for her as a ban dog registered with chip and all recommended paperwork she Pitt bull our family member

I was previously with pdsa for 18 months. My beautiful 18 month old Akita became very poorly due to what was found to be, after considerable testing a very rare, very serious defect from birth. Pdsa were absolutely brilliant. They took care of the bills for his consultations, extensive testing and medication (including an mri scan with a neurology consultant at a Vetinary hospital) with no hesitation or questioning, and left us to concentrate on him. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done to save him and we lost him shortly after the results came through. Pdsa made sure everything was paid, cancelled our policy immediately so no more direct debits would be charged at that very difficult time and sent us a lovely deepest sympathy card. Although this was a heartbreaking situation for us I can honestly say pdsa went above and beyond to take the stress and strain of the financial worries away from us. We have recently brought another pup into our family and I had absolutely no hesitation in signing straight up with pdsa again for his insurance. Thankyou pdsa x

Just took out insurance for new puppy, very simple and clear procedure. Glad to know benefitting pdsa to help other animals
