Great watch and communication, fast shipping.

Delivery service was good with update through WhatsApp only.
Watch have some issue which was informed through the email for reply to recall watch for accuracy issue, still no reply. I think it is main issue for service, I do not what to do with new watch with accuracy issue, very disappointed with company for after sell service, watch deliver on end of July 2025.

I bought the new tourbillion diver watch. The watch is beautiful finished, package is very nice and watch so far works perfectly. Support for questions is also very responsive.

My order arrived within a reasonable timeframe of about two weeks! The watch itself—a special edition limited to 99 pieces, featuring a red engraved dial in honor of the Chinese Year of the Horse—is a beautiful timepiece. The problem is that, during the first week, it had a timekeeping deviation of about two minutes per day; now, it constantly malfunctions—stopping whether it has just been wound or while being worn. I tried contacting the company regarding this issue, but to no avail—there was no response.
For a price of 3,099 US dollars (I paid around 2,700 euros with a 10% discount), this reflects poorly on Peacook! I never would have expected this. Karma will set things right!

After nearly a month of daily wear, I can safely say the HAIYI Tourbillon Diver [Limited Edition] in Blue is spectacular. Pictures do not do this timepiece justice; watching the intricate tourbillon movement through the exhibition case back is truly special. The inclusion of two high-quality straps is a classy touch.

This has easily become my daily watch, and it will remain a permanent fixture in my collection.

I am incredibly excited to see what this brand does next.

Having micro-adjust functionality for the bracelet would be a welcome addition as the removable links are a bit on the bigger side. Oh and adding hacking seconds would be great too.

This was my first China-made watch — and certainly not my last.

i will be honest here, there is room for improvement, but the quality of craftmanship overshadows everything.....and that dial is one of the most beautiful ones on a watch ever, great product from the Orient, big thank you, God bless you

I had some problems with customs, but the peacock handled it well and provided with me with frequent updates. So, kudos to the peacock cs team.

Watch arrived in a nice box and proper wrappings. The finishing is good; the dial design is great. Just one small nitpick, the screw heads on the movement seems to indicate that the watchmaker did not use the correct screwdriver to manipulate it. There're some rough edges on the screw heads, but this is minor, i guess.

Overall, i'm satisfied with the watch and the peacock team.

I bought the Peacock Hand-Made Guilloché Tourbillon Watch in Sky blue.
My first purchase from them. The purchase process was simple. Arrived on time. The presentation box is awesome. Teal blue inner/outer box.
The watch is simply gorgeous from the pineapple Guilloché in sky blue, to the Coaxial Tourbillon. Even the Côtes de Genève style finishing is nice and what I love more is the movement is the dial, which is unique and cool.
From a pricing perspective it can't be beat especially being a Tourbillion. Tourbillions are usually priced in the $8K - $40K range.
For those dipping their toes in Tourbillions this is a great first step.
