Very impressed by the company from Sales, install and follow-up. Sako was clear, precise and knowledgeable building the solution we wanted. The install team were diligent, hard-working, polite and professional. Our install was tricky due to minimal underfloor clearance, but nothing seemed a problem for the team. They followed up questions rapidly and provided excellent post-install service.
We've already asked them to install a second system (upstairs) based on our experience.

Pro team to replace a 3 unit system. Arrived on time, experienced leader, very careful about dust and cleanup, sheets down everything. Took away all materials and old units. Very considerate about styling and external trunking. Listened to our feedback. Stayed extra time to help us navigate and set up the mobile app. Great crew, highly recommended.
