Service very prompt response from all the staff and help through any concerns of the changeover liaising with Aviva who at times were not so customer facing but pense we're excellent. Just waiting to here from my financial advisor James now everything is in place, who I'm sure will be in touch soon.

Ross Taylor went clearly through the options and discussed the best way forward for my requirements. Then when it was time for my retirement Liv Carey helped with any forms and resolved any issues.

After reviewing a number of options I used PENSE for obtaining pension advice against my pension pots.

The advice offered and full explanation of the options open to me instilled confidence in PENSE, there are so many options out there it's truly daunting.

Once I had decided on what what the right product for me, they kept me fully updated through the whole process of purchasing this product.

I received pension advice from James Allott, and then Lauren Machin Burfield dealt brilliantly with the ongoing administration and communication, a hugely important part of the whole process and something a lot of businesses get wrong.

The transparency of information and fees was refreshing, very competitive!

Kirk explained all the complex options clearly and in terms I could understand. The brochure was also very easy to follow. Kirk made his recommendations and after perusal and without any pressure I made my choices. Lauren dealt with all of the administrative process, answered my questions and liaised with my pension company (who managed to drag out the process and caused some confusion ). Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received and would have no issues in recommending Pense.

Fast professional and courteous, hard to find any faults .

I chose Pense based on their excellent reviews, and I was not disappointed with their service. Most people probably dread the thought of having to deal with an annuity-based pension but Pense did all the heavy lifting and kept things plain and simple. They also kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. Now that the process has successfully been completed, I would definitely recommend Pense to anyone faced with having to decide what to do about an annuity pension pot.

Kirk took time to understand my aims and provided extremely helpful advice, explaining all the options clearly. My application was then dealt with by Heidi Williams in the admin team. Heidi was very proactive and kept me updated throughout, providing updates and answering my questions in a very timely manner.

I was extremely impressed with the professional and efficient service I received from Pense when arranging my annuity. The whole process was handled quickly and thoroughly, which was important to me.

I would also like to mention Ben Raw, who provided the advice and carried out the necessary assessment to determine the suitability of the annuity for my circumstances. His professional approach and expertise were greatly appreciated.

We engaged Pense for a review of what they could offer with my pension pot. In the first meeting they opened my eyes to products I had not even considered. From then on it was a process of non selling consultation giving me the best advice and products to an outcome where I now have a product from them.
