Terrible

Really, really bad. It took 7 hours for them to acknowledge a text and I still don't have an answer to one of the most simplest questions. I went to a FB forum and got a reply within 5 minutes. When I told them that they said 'Glad you found your answer'. Shocking. The last time I asked them a question they couldn't answer it further than if you'd Googled it. They can only answer the most basic questions and most of their info' is out of date now.It's an absolute sham.

They sell themselves as being in healthcare, "care" does no exist in their vocabulary.

Total sham. I can get better responses and information from the internet. Their material is out of date, and its quicker to get most of what they are regurgitating through google than the AI rubbish they are pushing through their teams. Their founders should be ashamed and the investors concerned.

I can not recommend Peppy enough

I can not recommend Peppy enough. I am lucky enough to get access to this thru my employer and they have been an invaluable help and support during peri menopause. There knowledge is amazing, they really engage with you and help you deal with the assault course of getting the help you need from the GP. I have complete trust in Peppy, their one to one help along with the articles and online seminars are a life saver.

Proud to Provide Peppy

As a HR professional I am always looking for benefits that can help and support our employees health and well-being. Peppy offers a fantastic range of services, and really provides something for everyone.

The feedback from colleagues who have used Peppy has been astounding. I am delighted our employees have access to a service that can not only help and support, but that can positively impact individuals at a time when it really matters.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Peppy as a company benefit to other employers - in fact I already have!

I was able to have a health MOT with Peppy which identified some issues that I followed up with my GP.
I had an online Peppy consultation and found the nurse to be knowledgeable and helpful, peppy is an excellent resource, it’s great to be able to access expert healthcare from the comfort of your own home and be able to contact experts

Such a fantastic app

Such a fantastic app; I have endometriosis and have had difficulties getting the right support through the NHS. Not only have the articles and events been insightful, but the Women's Health practitioners have been a huge support and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend this app!

Does a reputable company cling so fiercely to dissatisfied customers?

Initially, I was extremely disappointed with the chat function - honestly, there were times when I seriously wondered if there was a real human on the other end of it. ChatGPT could have done a better job.

But the real problem is that now I'm in, I can't escape. I deleted the app, but I can't see any way to delete my account. Peppy are still spamming me with emails and have REFUSED to allow me to unsubscribe.

Please think twice before giving this company your email address.

(Edited to add - three increasingly strongly-worded emails later, Peppy have finally agreed to delete my account and remove my email address from their system.)

Started off well...going downhill

I'm writing this review to reflect the experience my wife has had with Peppy.

Their service is very up and down when it comes to the chat aspect for help. It's becoming more of a regular thing where she can ask something early morning and there's just no reply for the rest of the day. There are only so many times where you can claim you 'didn't see the message'.

I have lost count of the number of times my wife has asked a question regarding something that she would like to know more about and there's just silence.

It has got to the point where she deletes the messages they failed to answer that day because it contains personal information that's now just left hanging there in midair.

They constantly push for people to contact their people when you have questions or concerns, but then they often simply don't get back to you. Why push for people to do this when you don't hold up your side?

They do have good information, but perhaps need to invest more money into getting more staff to actually deal with people in real time.

Maybe it started off well and just got too busy? There has been an obvious decline in the standard of the service over the last 6 months in particular. Please get the chat aspect sorted out. Taking an hour or two to reply is understandable, but not answering messages for your entire working day (on a service you actively promote) is sadly not acceptable.

We signed up months ago as part of an NHS pilot and our account wasn’t set up for months; it just had a holding message. It tried contacting customer support, but no reply. I posted a review and it was taken down, presumably they contacted TrustPilot to say it wasn’t genuine but that is not true and I have emails and screenshots

We received over 10,000 applications within 48 hours, so unfortunately we could not offer everyone support. We gave priority to the most vulnerable or at-risk applicants, and remaining spaces were allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Peppy health is an incredible service for new parents. The help these parents can access through Peppy health is very important as some of the parents would not be able to afford the high level of specialist support without Peppy health offering this. I sincerely hope it continues as an invaluable service.
As a specialist practitioner, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working for Peppy Health and am hoping to continue to provide support to parents through Peppy once the service resumes.
