Amazing service ! Robert went above and beyond to help me and solved my issue.

I bought a JD Sports gift card and it comes up as invalid. I was at the store and I tried contacting Customer Services and I received no reply. I tried using the gift card online again it comes up as gift card invalid. Complete waste of time and energy, undue stress in trying to save a few pounds- not worth the hassle. I’ll be wasting even more time by now having to contact my credit card company to get a refund!

Having mistakenly used some points while looking around the site, I asked for the points to be returned. Robert replied that the firm I had used my points for do not normally refund. He said he would look into it but could not promise anything.
Two days later he replied that he had been successful in securing the points and returning them to my account.
A very satisfactory outcome which was dealt with professionally and helpfully.

Helena was lovely and helped me discover that the issue I was experiencing was down to my bank. After a phonecall all was resolved. Helena then followed up later in the week to check that all was ok - a lovely touch and I just wish that customer service from other providers was as good as this!

Amazing customer service, responded to query immediately and resolved our issue. We use them for all of our business' gift cards and will continue to do so. I would recommend using them.

Customer support was responsive and helpful. They were able to resolve my issue quite fast.

Having purchased a B&Q Giftcard through Perkbox for a particular item that I was unfortunately unable to use as although sold through the B&Q website, it was shipped by a third party (which I was unaware of until reaching the checkout), Robert went above and beyond to help me receive a refund on the amount paid.
I have used Perkbox for B&Q transactions before without issue and was unaware of this restriction on B&Q’s side, so will be checking on this from now on.
Robert was very helpful and swift with communication and action and I cannot thank him enough.
