Admittedly, I messed up when attempting to purchase a voucher. I contacted Olivia who very quickly resolved the issue which, if wasn't resolved, would have left me £250 down. I've very appreciative of the help I received.

I made the mistake of not reading the full T&Cs of a voucher and got myself into an absolute pickle. The support that I was provided from Lauren at Perkbox was invaluable. She tried to understand the situation straight away and helped me as much as she possibly could. Thank you so much.

Perkbox offers fantastic discount opportunities. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Sophie persevered and really worked hard to ensure I gained a brilliant outcome with an issue I had with one of the companies I bought vouchers for. Sophie kept me up to date regularly throughout the whole process. I feel really confident continuing to use Perkbox for fab discounts, simply because of the fantastic customer service. Sofie addressed my query regarding a discount code not working, and even though it took a while to get the discount code working again with the partner, Sofie kept me updated and communicated these to me throughout.

I have had issue with my Perk voucher, which i have purchased by mistaken and when i read the terms and condition the vouchers are not refundable however when i have contacted Perk box help team i got support and the voucher has been refunded.

I had some technical issues with using the app on my phone. I contacted customer services and received friendly and very helpful report from Sofie, the continuity was great, you do not generally get this with customer help departments from my experience. Over a series of emails spanning several days (as it generally took me a while to respond to these) she guided me though what the issue could be due to, sending me helpful screenshots to assist me. In the end the issue was caused by cookies/cache on my iphone. Many thanks to Sofie for her help to resolve it!

Perkbox is awesome, I love being on top of the best discounts all the time! To the point it annoys my wife I keep going on about it 😁

Love the concept of Perkbox, it's a great way to reward colleagues. And the team at Perkbox are super helpful!

We started to use this app 3 years ago, and since then I used only the points at Amazon.
Discounts are a big balloon. When you try to use the provided links at the end, you get frustrated. No discount. They are using your data to get more companies in, and that's it.
Looks like using employee's spending data to get profit.

Olivia was lovely, gave me the info I needed for my querie and also checked in with me a week later to check it was resolved.

Sofia was extremely kind, understanding and committed. She understood my request, advocated for me with Boots and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was fantastic! I would have given her service 5 stars even if I hadn't received a refund. Thank you Sofia.

Had an issue where I had chosen the wrong voucher. After navigating through Perkbox's chatbot I was able to Teams a member of their staff. Lauren was very understanding and was hopeful that I would get my money back. Sure enough she was able to do just that.

Although I had wrongly ordered a voucher I was unable to use, Olivia was a great help in understanding my confusion and managed to refund the full amount.
