Horrible return policy. They do NOT stand behind the products they sell. Look @ QTP for a better quality and MUCH better customer service.
Bought a set of exhaust cutouts for my car. Installed them 3 weeks ago. One of the motors stopped working. They WILL NOT sell a replacement motor, even though the part is not discontinued. They are making you buy the entire kit just for one part that failed. The part last 3 weeks in the car before it failed. Now they won't replace it unless I buy the entire kit. Terrible customer service by Alex and terrible return/replacement policy. Look at other manufacturers that will stand behind their product and service what they sell. This one does not.
I have 2 options now: Buy the whole kit again just to get one small part, or rip the entire unit out of the car and chalk it up to lesson learned about bad companies.
When your brake pads get worn, they don't make you buy the whole front suspension. Why does this company, when an electronic part burns out, make you buy the whole kit again rather that offering replacement parts for sale?
Look at another manufacturer, these people are terrible.

They make products that do not last, they will not stand behind the Ignitors II or Coil or any of the products they make even we they have full knowledge the product fail, that should of lasted at least 10 years. I am replacing the Coil, Taylor Cables, any other product made by this cheap unprofessional company, also stay away from Mallory Distributors, if they have any Pertronix products in them, There are better Companies that will stand behind the products they make and sale for year when they fail.

I have replaced my Flamer Throw coil with a "MSD BLASTER II" coil as of this writing, I will replace any parts or products made by Pertronix,and Companies they own. I have order new spark plug cables, because I will replace Taylor Spark Plug Cables because they are a part of dishonest unprofessional like Pertronix.

What a sad group of people to deal with, even after they tested the Ignitor II and they confirmed it was bad, they refused to pay for the replacement, this is a very cheap unprofessional company all true facts.
