Overall a good experience.
In general it was professional and efficient.

We purchased our house through Peter and Lane and would absolutely never do it again. Even if our dream property came on the market, we wouldn’t buy if it was listed with Peter and Lane, it goes without saying based on our experience as buyers we certainly wouldn’t instruct them to sell.
The viewing was awful, the agent saw us waiting outside the property but left, we had to call the office and ask for her to return, she then rushed us and blamed us for the viewing running over. The communication throughout was extremely poor, they were incredibly slow, the customer service was awful and the lady managing our purchase was extremely rude. When we raised our concerns we were told that various people had 20+ years experience and that the agency was well respected and established so our feeling is that they rely purely on this and think that years of experience is more important than providing a good service.

Whilst a sale was not to be this time around, Matt and his team impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. The team were courteous, adaptable and personable throughout our engagement.
If you’re in the market to be on the market give them a go!
