Highly recommend Peter Lane estate agents. Everyone extremely polite and helpful. Valuation was great with no hassle. Gilly Johnson was amazing, she went above and beyond. Was kept informed every step until exchange. Very pleased.

All the staff at Peter Lane were great during our recent house sale. The initial consultation was friendly and non-pressured, the photographs brilliant, the following negotiations and advice swift and sensible. The after sales care was also great, with regular updates to keep the process moving. Would certainly use again, and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Peter Lane worked conscientiously to market and achieve a sale on our property. This was the sale of my deceased mother's house and as I no longer live in the local area, they also took care of any maintenance requirements.

This is just to say a thank you to all at Peter Lane for being professional, friendly, and helpful over the last couple of months although we didn’t move forward with our house sale. We feel we could not have been in better hands and would highly recommend them, especially if you are retired and downsizing.

We were given a realistic evaluation at the beginning and once we had decided to use Peter Lane and Partners they bent over backwards to get the property on the market for Boxing day. Everyone in the office were extremely helpful and friendly, listening to our comments and requirements and making helpful suggestions. Once a suitable buyer was found they handled the sale in a professional and friendly manner smoothing out bumps and time taken up by deputyship and then probate as the sale progressed with Gillian keeping us informed the whole time.
