Paul was honest and trustworthy. Cath was hard working and responsive. My only criticism was their recommendation to use dezrezlegal who I found to be pretty incompetent.

I’m really happy to give this review because most agents are tarnished with the same brush, and that’s a real shame as a lot of them are not of that ilk. Tracy at Peter Lane (Huntingdon) really pulled the stops out. This review is in regards to my purchase only. My poor vendor should have exchanged/completed last week, so, yes Peter Lane will want to seal this deal, BUT, from the offset, Tracy has been amazing. She accommodated all my viewing requests (which were on the day I called), information I needed was obtained within hours, and the whole experience has been seamless, and above all, a joy to speak with someone who is just a lovely soul and an absolute pleasure to chat to. My experience thus far has been wonderful!! Thank you Tracy and everyone at Peter Lane.

Completed today on a house sale through Peter Lane (Huntingdon). This has not been the easiest sale by any means but I have found the team at Peter Lane to be outstanding in every way. Excellent customer service and communication throughout. Patient and persistent when issues arose.

Peter Lane & Partners Kimbolton, is an estate agent team that are so much nicer to deal with than many of their counterparts. Whether buying or selling (on this occasion it was buying) you sense that they genuinely care. Cath Hoof especially is highly professional and excellent at her job. I had weekly updates on how the sale was progressing and they achieved a sale price that exceeded my expectations.
