To all the staff that I have spoken to today at National Windscreens Tamworth, hiding information that should be transparent is questionable. Keeping funds for several days without confirmation of a refund for a job not provided for even tho it’s on the invoice is negligent. Your staff have given me the runaround today cutting me off, putting me on hold for long periods of time, giving the wrong numbers & anything else you can do to deter me. You should all know I can not be deterred by this kind of treatment, I don’t trust you, lies are being covered up suggesting a nice little scam going on here.
Thank you for your incompetent reply. Just get my money returned which you took under false pretences !!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Disgusting service, you all need to be retrained!!!
