Caring and compassionate
We had ordered a pushchair for our beautiful boy Percy, however he went over the rainbow bridge before it was due to arrive. Andrea was able to cancel the order, even though it was already with the carrier.

We bought a where's winnie car dog bed…
We bought a where's winnie car dog seat for our cocker spaniel who is very anxious about travelling. I purchased the blue car seat and got an email back to say it was out of stock and told me the ETA on a blue seat or I could swap it for the green one which they sent a link and photo to show. I chose the green as we were due to travel in the next few days. The delivery was very quick (next day). Our dog absolutely loves his seat for the car. He fell asleep in it quite a few times. Andrea who dealt with it all and was efficient and kept us informed. We could also track our order which was great so we knew when to expect it as they used DPD who give you a 1hr slot. Would definitely buy again from petsownus.

I had a very good experience with Pets Own Us. I have a Malamute who has arthritis in her joints and the start of spondylitis in her back. I knew I wanted the Innopet Hercules 2.0, I had been tempted to buy it for over 2 years but I was told by family members that buying this buggy was a huge waste of money and my girl would not go into the buggy. After yet another small slow walk around the block with my girl, watching her struggle, enough was enough! We were both stuck at home, no decent walks to enjoy, I was feeling it mentally, it was getting me down and I knew my girl was fed up too. And guess what? My girl did take to the buggy, she jumps in on her own after a day of putting treats inside it before the day I took her out for the first time. My girl really enjoys being pushed around, it has made a massive difference to both our lives. We are out on our jaunts everyday now. I was only able to get this buggy because Pets Own Us gave the option of paying in 3 via PayPal, without this, there is no way I could afford to get my dog what she needed. The buggy arrived well packaged and communication with Pets Own Us Team members was a positive experience.

A great company to deal with
A great company to deal with. I found Pets Own Us after researching InnoPet strollers. Purchased the Allure model and am delighted with it. This well-made stroller was delivered very quickly by Royal Mail and is perfect for my 13-year-old Shih Tzu, who is slowing down with age but still enjoys going out. It was very easy to assemble thanks to the instruction video on the Pets Own Us website. A very helpful company.

Pet Stroller for Dachshunds!
Thank you for our wonderful pet stroller. It was very easy to assemble and it looks really smart with its red and black fabric. It is for our holiday next month so it has not yet been 'pet tested'. However our doggies have enjoyed short rides in it around the house!

Doggy Ride mini Trailer and Tow arm for Britch
We are very happy with it easy to assemble. We haven’t had chance to use because of weather but we know are dog will love it. We already have one for other dog and our new dog as tried it. Fantastic Customer service
Merlin (German Shepherd) has enjoyed a years trouble free walking in his Walking wheels wheelchair, over time and many miles the Knuckles started to relax and allowed the uprights to sag outwards.
I contacted Andrea who was straight on the case and I received replacement Knuckles within 2 days, free of charge.
I can't praise Petsownus enough for their customer service and response time. Fantastic!!!!!

Andrea made it so much easier to buy a wheeled trolley for my dachshunds as I had very specific requirements and she was brilliant and very patient!
Sadly I didn’t find one in the style that I wanted due to a size problem!
I absolutely recommend buying from Petsownus and I will definitely try again when I can find a carrier that works for my dogs. Anna

Problem solved …
I had a problem collapsing my City Hopper Dog Pram and the customer service was incredible: they followed up with a video from InnoPet that helped solve my issue (which turned out to be user error on my part).
The pram is fantastic. Great quality. I was just closing it wrong, but they were very understanding and patient and the video sorted it all out, so I can't recommend them higher.

innopet stroller
After having innopet stroller on loan for 3 years I decided to purchase exact same model, very disappointed as it is not as sturdy, they have swapped the useful cup holder for Velcro attached bag which doesn’t stay on and all 3 wheels have rusted badly within matter of months, after many emails they have replaced 1 wheel! Much inferior quality to previous version.

A few issues but resolved eventually.
I ordered an extension kit to our dog bike trailer, over a month ago, the initial order arrived quite quickly But!
It was not the correct one for our trailer, so a conversation took place and the item was picked up and the correct one promised within 7 working days. It took over a month to arrive
Despite reminders from me I received little to keep me informed….
The order was apparently coming from Holland and eventually arrived, only for me to realise that the two handlebar mounts were missing from our Doggyride mini. I contacted Andrea and explained, she did some digging and 10 days later, fresh from Holland and without further charge, the missing mounts were delivered. Despite our initial issues with Petsownus, the end result is we have a fully functional bike and buggy Doggyride. Thanks to Andrea for the extra effort to get it sorted. This review has been edited favourably because of the ‘extra mile’ traveled to resolve the earlier issues.

Ordered online with them and had a very strange call from them a few days later.
Next I get a email saying they have canceled the order.
They must not want to sell stuff.

Just sporty enough for this older lady
This is beyond perfect and although it's just a little bit short in length and a bit haphazard shuffling on the haunches to turn around and exit the deluxe stroller. Like the transport before it's a matter of adjustment its definitely obviously a much loved design with the way it's all put together and I can't believe that it has genuinely equipped with real tyres and proper inner air tubes the suspension is to die for as my dog Jazz can have a much smoother ride and less of a cellulite busting journey everytime we cross a zebra.
I love the way its enclosed with the different windows and the addition of the wind and terrible weather shield - its for me taking a few extra days and hours to adjust to the speed, agile and lightness of the stroller compared to our first limo (a blue garden utility wagon)
I bought this for a few reasons my jazz deserved a huge present and a great big congratulations present for her remarkable determination and achievement in getting back on her feet and showing me that huge inner smile I had thought we had lost it for good. The other reason is it's guarantee sleek porsche design and it gets me all 007 or is it Knight Rider with Kit the car.
Yes it will cost you an arm and a leg - however how much do we all squander on ourselves - when your mate needs a lift to the park but her legs won't get there and back or she fancies a sit down in Victoria Park by the man made lake you have got to get one of these sporty numbers and then it's not a case of remembering with sadness what she could do now it's a large piece of her world that you can give back to him or her and like me I learnt a lot about this awful hard 12 months that I would be 100% present with my jazz and share the fun with her deluxe sporty number and during her journey through the local parks and not be on my mobile or daydreaming or thinking about the next pc game - it's all about not taking anything for granted and thanks to the staff and the person/people who designed this stroller you made it much easier to get organised and take the lady out of the city and into the countryside for a deserved holiday.
What can I say - I would recommend that you consider after your purchase on a doggie limo that you should have incase of an accident buy the inner tubes and a bycyle pump as they don't provide AA for pets
Brilliant money well invested and hope to not see this falling apart like the previous two wagons in under a few months

Dog stroller online experience
The website wouldn’t let me pay for the purchase, it took about an hour! So I hope the rest of the experience is a good 1.
