I’m always cautious when buying from a website i have never heard of. I always check reviews on here in the first instance. I made my purchase from this site and I couldn’t be happier. Super fast communication, fast delivery and lovely staff. The item I wanted was out of stock but they had an alternative and it arrived next day me and my dog are very happy.

Best customer service I've had
I ordered a dog wheelchair and the customer service was beyond fantastic. Instead of shipping straight away, Andrea from Pets Own Us contacted me to clarify my dog's size and weight – and advised us to change the size and refunded us £60 due to it being a smaller size.
The chair is now the perfect size and it was emotional being able to see our dog run again!!

Purchased a cat backpack. They seem to be only stockist of the brand that is well constructed so you can have complete faith product will not fail. Called to check they had stock. Nice business operator. Very helpful. Arrived via DPD within 48 hours. This is the place to shop if you want high quality and excellent service

I'd never heard of this company before,but was looking for a stroller for my cats.I wanted one that they couldn't rip and escape from,saw the perfect one on their website.Ordered it on 17th August,received it today, 19th,much quicker than I expected.Really impressed and so happy with the service.Top marks from me.

Custmer service as it should be
When a business offers great service often they go unsung I felt I should say that petsownus in my recent translation for a dog stroller performed extremely well.
They are knowledgeable helpful friendly and quick. I will certainly consider using them again if the occasion arises 👍

Cannot praise this company enough the speed of delivery took me by surprise I ordered a pet stroller yesterday and it arrived today Cant thank you enough and customer service so kind and helpful.
The quality of my product is fantastic and I would certainly recommend this company I’m so glad I chose them as been looking for ages for a good quality stroller that didn’t cost the earth so if you need to buy a stroller for your doggie friend do give them a try.
