I purchased a dog clippers with poor product information and it was unsuitable and I gave Petworld a one star review: however, they provided a full refund even before I sent it back and they were most helpful in dealing with the problem: the sign of a great company is when they deal with complaints quickly and efficiently. Well done Petworld will shop with you again. Aengus

Excellent - personal & professional service
Ordered bits & pieces including feed when we had babychicks hatch earlier than expected & were not ready for them. Company got in contact to say some things had to be ordered in & gave a delivery date which was too late for our new arrivals. I contacted them & they immediately amended the order, reimbursed us for the items delaying delivery & we got the order pronto. Fabulous company, listens to their customers, have great products & service second to none. I will definitely buy from them again
