The packaging was super cute! Separate individual pink little cases for the jewellery carefully packaged, so shiny! I was so excited to receive my parcel so worth it, love the gold jewellery pack will 💯 be ordering more in the future as my birthdays coming up! Also was a cute early mothers day gift 🎁 💖

When ordering you think Could it be a scam but I thought I would order and see what happens. I went for a mysterious box and then message them asking if they can put order together for 16 year old. Order didn't take long to come and it's perfect all the jewellery is lovely and I would definitely order again. Fantastic service and quick reply from them.

I was looking at this company for a long time wanting to buy... literally about 2 years! A while back I asked on live chat about an item, and the advisor was kind of rude, and it put me off ordering. I figured maybe a one off/bad day, and hinted to my husband, who bought me one of the suprise bundles for my birthday. The items are lovely, they were packaged just like the videos, they look like they do online, and I love them. It's a good value bundle and great items. BUT, my husband said he also had a bad experience with customer service - a kind of rude response when asking a question. It's a shame the customer service is a let down when the items are so lovely!

Edit to add: after this when I went to wear one of the bracelets for the first time, it was missing a stone! Customer service was good doing a return/replace. So... make of this mixed bag review what you will

The quality of the jewellery is fantastic and well worth the money! The delivery was also very quick and the item arrived nicely packaged in a leather pouch inside a box. I will definitely be making more purchases from here. The ring I ordered is honestly so beautiful and I have had so many comments about it.

I’ve tried reaching out through Facebook, Instagram, email, their contact form, and live chat, but I haven’t received any response. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to share my experience here.

The products are disappointing and feel cheap. Before ordering, I watched numerous videos and thought most of the items looked stunning. However, the rings I received were plain and had a tacky, obviously-fake appearance. The one ring I truly loved and was excited to wear lost its stone in less than two weeks.

One necklace was so unimpressive that I gave it to my 10-year-old niece, and even she found it tacky and too young for her.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed - not just with the poor quality of the items but also with the complete lack of communication to resolve the issue with the broken ring.

Update: I finally had a response via their live chat which was almost comical. I was asked for a picture of the ring, and they told me the ring was promotional and no longer in stock, so couldn't be replaced. I asked if they could replace with something similar and they said it wasn't their policy. We went back and forth about how bizarre this was, until eventually they said they didn't have my size and there was nothing they could do.
Utterly ridiculous.

Please don't waste your time or money on this tat.

Quick delivery and i ordered the bundle set, it's contained 5 products and everyone of them are gorgeous, I have a few pieces of jewellery from here and never been disappointed.

The best bundle ever

I got this as a gift and wasn’t expecting much but was I blown away. The quality is impeccable and to receive items which were also sterling silver is really lovely! I’ve bought before a year ago and the ring is as beautiful so glad to know I can get a bundle with 5 items so works out cheaper. Thank you!

I treated myself to a surprise box and I was no disappointed, such beautiful rings, earrings, necklace… I wear them every day! Can’t recommend Phantom jewellery enough.

I was so excited to order from this brand as it kept coming up on my social media pages. Items looked great and had some good reviews so decided to order the surprise/mystery box as people were saying (with pics) that they were getting these beautiful pieces. First off, the ring size sent was different to the one I chose. Secondly, out of the 5 items in the box, only 1 was of good quality as shown in their website. The rest were super cheap looking and not at all what was being advertised as possible items you could get. They were types of items you could get for less than a fiver each on the high street! Absolutely despicable quality and style, so far from the ones you can see on their page and I don’t think this is from a preference perspective, just factually, they were not of the same caliber as what others were supposedly receiving. Spoke to someone via live chat, was advised to ask for an exchange so I did. They then turned back to say I have to pay for the return postage and then again to send the items back to me which definitely were not of good quality but also the wrong size!! Awful company! Don’t waste your money!!

As a response to their reply - I wouldn’t have left a bad review if i felt the items were of good quality. I know a surprise bundle has risks, and if the quality of most of the items were good, I can accept it. Having 1 good item which is so far in quality from what the others were means the bundle description was not met. Plus mentioning the FREE gift - is that to make up for the bundle? Would I have gotten better items then if I didn’t use the code you advertised? A gift is an add-on, not something to make up for your other items.

It’s not just about style or that it wasn’t to my taste. I would have gifted the items to friends if they were nice enough but I can’t even do that. You also have lots of 1 star reviews saying the same, so this isn’t an isolated issue. I even tried to resolve it via email but asking me to pay again for P&P and saying one of the rings cost £40 is a joke.

I saw an ad on Facebook about a mystery box worth over £125 costing only £50. Having bought a silver pink heart necklace from this company before I decided to buy it.
In the box we're 2 rings(which you can pick your size when ordering) a very super sparkly tennis bracelet which was pink and silver sworski style, a chocker style necklace and some dainty pink and silver earrings. My daughter loved all items and fit perfect.would recommend and order again.

When I say this jewellery is stunning it really is and the cost is incredible.
