After 3 phone calls on the day of my viewing, one just an hour before, I was then called 30 minutes before my viewing and told it was cancelled. Disgusting, unprofessional and will never use them or any of my friends.
Terrible and despicable

We have just bought our very first home with the help of Philip Bannister & Co, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish the process was smooth, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and so helpful. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions, but they always took the time to explain things clearly and guide us through. We felt really supported the whole way and are so grateful for everything they did to make it such a positive experience.

Our experience of selling and buying a property was turning into a nightmare for various reasons and the end seemed to get further and further away.
Our saving grace was Bannisters estate agents Elloughton and the most amazing person, Ian Winkle, who fought our corner many many times and finally turned out nightmare into a positive ending. We are forever in your debt Ian. This man is exceptional and deserves the biggest thankyou ever and a massive rise in salary for going above and beyond to help the clients in his care. In January we completed the sale of our house and Bannisters’s could not have made this any smoother. During the stressful days (no fault of estate agents) I was reassured and kept up to date throughout. Nothing was too much for Nicola who dealt with our property from the beginning. With a not so great experience with another estate agents, we decided to put our house on the market with Phillip bannister’s. From the first phone call to having our house valued and photos taken by sue we knew we had made the right decision. Sue could not have made our house selling and buying experience any better. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We were kept updated regularly and made sure we felt we could always call with any queries we had. We felt listened to and never felt like “just another client” Sue even called the day before our wedding to congratulate us and wish us the best. Our house buying was on a bit of a time scale and sue did absolutely everything she was able to which ensured we stuck to this, even when it all seemed impossible, sue made it possible. It truly was an amazing experience and we can honestly say this was all down to Sue. 100% would recommend Phillip bannister to everyone, you really can tell a difference between an estate agents that are in it for more money/ business and a estate agents that truly are in it for the right reasons and that is definitely phillip bannister.
