Piercings are great quality, no reactions to them. I had sizing problems with one and they sent me a free replacement pair of my choosing. Excellent customer service and fast delivery!

Accidentally ordered a piercing and put the wrong address by a couple houses, the ones that received my piercing put "returned to sender" on the package.

I alerted Pierced Universe about my mistake and they reshipped it for free!

Barbell fell apart after a few wears. Another barbell that I got had a chip on the gem stone. Their titanium looks cheap too. Disgusting business.

I've ordered from this website a few times now, always been great. Unfortunately this past order one of the earrings broke. Just a manufacturing defect I assume.

I emailed for a replacement and because the style I ordered was sold in singles, at first I was only able to get the broken one replaced. However because I was requesting a different size post (8mm vs 6mm), they are shipping me two 8mm replacements!

I have very sensitive skin and have to be really careful about the jewelry I wear in my piercings, so the fact that I’ve had no sensitivity issues with their jewelry really speaks to the quality of their products. Their customer service is also very kind and happy to help!

I got my daith pierced about 5 years ago and never changed the earring out, so I was a little scared on what jewelry to get. I accidentally ordered 3 pairs of earrings in the wrong size but realized it once I received it. I reached out to customer service to see if anything could be done as I noticed that they had a strict ‘no returns or exchange’ policy. The customer service representative was incredibly kind and helpful! She reshipped my order with bigger sizes at no extra cost! I will definitely order from here again and refer all of my friends and family to do the same!
And as for the quality of my items, they were exactly as the photos and was packaged neatly

I ordered a nose stud so that I could finally replace the stud that I got my nose pierced with. This was my first time purchasing a nose stud and I ended up purchasing a size too small for my nose. I contacted the customer service team about this and they responded very quickly and were super helpful. They are actually sending me a bigger stud even though they don’t except exchanges or returns. Great experience!

I wanted to purchase some high quality jewelry and stumbled across pierceduniverse.com, made my ordered and received my jewelry very quickly. Was excited when I opened the package to find it was beautiful quality, but realized I ordered one pair of earrings where the stone was too small. I already had a pair that small and the entire earring went through my piercing. I emailed pierced universe and got a very quick response saying the do not do returns on jewelry because of sanitary reasons, but they noticed I was a first time customer and they were going to make an exception this one time, because I may have missed the return policy. They sent me a new pair of earrings with a bigger stone free of charge and did not make me send the original pair back. They do however let you return the 14k gold jewelry because it comes in sealed packaging as long as you don’t take them out. This is a great company and the only one I will use to purchase and if my body jewelry!! Excellent customer service, very responsive and their jewelry is top quality!! Thanks again pierced universe, you have a lifetime customer!!
