I placed an order for the same size plugs twice and BOTH times they sent me the wrong size and tried to blame me and offered me a $7 credit. The materials used are fake (even though they claim as real) and the customer service is nonexistent. Don’t deal with this shady business.

I needed support on replacing a defective belly button ring and they were above and beyond helpful, kind, and expedient!!

Purchased two piercings from Pierced Universe online (Canada) and paid extra for expedited shipping. According to the tracking process, the order will arrive on August 2. That is a total of 6 business days. This is not what I call expedited.

Used the UK branch/website but it's the same company.
Wrote a review about 4 weeks ago of a septum horseshoe i got from them which broke about 2 weeks after I received it.
The review has not been posted on their website. I contacted them, they said most reviews are posted within a week. I can only assume they select positive reviews only to display for their products.
Won't be purchasing from them again I think.

I've bought from Pierced Universe before, but this time was the best experience - my original order seemed to have been lost in transit, but when I emailed them for help they were so kind and quick, sent me a replacement package at no charge and made the whole process completely painless. My replacement item arrived without issue, and of course it's perfect. I love these guys!

They helped me so much they wetter understanding and kind. I can't wait till I can buy do much more from them. I have even told all my friends. It is nice to have a company with amazing customer service.

I purchased a $40 nose ring for my daughter and it broke within 6 mo. and she used in only 2x, but pierced universe would not issue a replacement. Poor quality product and poor customer service!

After making a mistake in my order, I emailed the company. I got a reply back only a few hours later and everything was solved. Amazing customer service!
