Zayd and Susan couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me to update my policy

I recently had to make a claim with Pier Insurance after losing my MacBook, which I originally got through Raylo. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.

I wasn’t very familiar with how the claims process worked, but the team at Pier Insurance was absolutely fantastic. They were kind, respectful, and extremely helpful, guiding me through every step with patience and professionalism. What impressed me the most was the speed of their service—from the moment I submitted my claim to the resolution, it didn’t even take a full day!

A special mention to Lee, the case handler, who was an absolute gentleman. He handled everything with great care and made the experience stress-free. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

However when making a claim they state

“Please note, for the avoidance of doubt, TicketPlan is a Refund Promise offered by our partner ticketing companies. It is specifically not an insurance contract; we are the Administrators of that facility. It is our understanding that this matter falls outside the remit of the Financial Ombudsman Service, however, that does not mean our standards are any different”

I have been with pier insurance with a number of years.i have had to claim in the past and was always dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. Thankfully strong phone covers have been invented so less claims but in any event I always make sure I am covered with Pier Insurance . I Always have found the company great to deal with. When I upgrade my phone the staff make it so easy to update my details. Susan on this occasion was so quick to reply so efficient and so professional.
