Great communication and quick responses

Susan has been a great help and was very prompt with her response to me. Couldn't have asked for better assistance.

Seems like a scam, paid for insurance for two years. I then made a claim for a lost device Piers maintained I had a very low spec phone even after I thoroughly proved they 1.) Had the wrong IMEI, 2.) They had supplied the insured handset. They also pulled some tiny print T&C (omitted from website) about refurbs.

After I persisted they were rude, hostile and aggressive.

I never received a penny of compensation - they then pulled some liquidation stunt, before they resurafced.

Not to be trusted.

I didnt even know i had mobile phone insurance with them, i was added when i got a quote from webuyanyphone.com. i was selling a mobile, why would
i need insurance??
Its a con, basically there is a very small tick box when you are getting a quote that automatically adds insurance on at £9.99 a month. Pier are totally in on this scam, and will not refund.

Good afternoon, here I come to tell you about my case with that insurance company, I have no words to describe how horrible it was.
A few weeks ago my phone was stolen, and obviously I contacted my insurance that I have been paying for for more than 3 years, and this is where it starts.
my odyssey, you can't imagine how I felt making use of my right to the service that I have been paying for without any fault.
I spent a week sending them evidence of the day of the event where I even sent them the bill from the restaurant I went to,
It was a humiliating thing, where I felt attacked, and that everything I said was a lie, obviously I'm going to leave the messages
with my dear insurance so you can see everything we were able to talk about. And the worst of all is that when they already deigned to accept my claim
They sent me a phone that clearly is not new and had problems charging it, and I am making them this new one, they stated and obviously
sending them all the evidence they ask for.
Here I leave everything so you can see the terrible service of this insurance, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

On Monday 7th October, my phone was stolen at the London Bridge tube exit.When I got home I wrote an email to my insurance company.And you can't imagine how horrible this week has been to be able to make a claim for my phone.I felt like I was lying about what happened, that everything was recorded on camera, I reported it to the police, but the insurance company still asked me for more and more evidence.My stolen phone was an iPhone but I had a Google account and they asked me for my Google timeline, and the last place it showed was my house.When that was irrelevant, since Google had nothing to do with it, and not only that, they asked me for Saturday and Sunday, I sent them everything and they still kept questioning me,with Google not approving my claim.And to this day I still haven't received my phone. I don't recommend this insurance to anyone.

The customer service was great they were quick at answering and they were also fast with the replacement order.
