I had an issue with an assignment recently and the staff at Piktochart identified the issue and totally saved the day. The customer service I received today was genuine and absolutely stellar. Thank you so much!

I only wanted to use it to make an infographic for my school assignment. They did not make the policy clear that after the 7-day free trial, everything including the visual created is deleted. The price for me as a student is just too expensive to afford for. To clarify, my studies do not require me to frequently do up things like infographics or banners. While they did say that they sent emails to remind to subscribe, i was completely unaware that my work would be deleted.

Piktochart is an excellent tool to handle various documents resulting in a high value output. Take the required training to understand how the tool works and you'll find that it is one of the best tool in the market for its purpose.

I feel like it is a very silly policy that the website deletes your projects if you run out of free trial time and you'll have to purchase a new plan for them to use a one time recovery on your account. the only this review has 3 stars is because of how fast the support responded to my questions and how to fix it.

Pagué con tarjeta virtual o recargable los 0,10€. Dejé la tarjeta sin saldo e intentaron al día siguiente cargar 49,90€ que naturalmente fueron rechazados.
Mi consejo es pagar siempre a estos sitios con Visa recargable.
Son peligrosos.

Every time I have reached out, I have gotten a super useful response from them. The user interface is fantastic, they really care about the user experience, and I get so many compliments on all my presentations – both from my students and from colleagues.
