Alan provided an excellent, hassle free service and made what could have been a stressful transaction, become a breeze.

Absolutely appalling estate agents. Viewed a property sent my mortgage in principle and proof of deposit. Submitted a bid for the property never received any further correspondence from them. I had to ring them for updates to be told the offer had increased above mine which I then counter offered with a higher offer. Again waited to hear from them never received any further correspondence. Phoned again to be told the house sale agreed at a slightly higher offer than my 2nd offer. They Never contacted me to offer me a chance to offer again left in limbo with them. I offered higher again than the sale agreed price to be told no by the agent. Alan is adamant he rang me 5 times but I never received any missed calls no voice mail or no email to offer me the chance to counter offer. He also hung up the phone and wouldnt speak to me. So I'd be very very wary of selling my property with this agent I know I will not deal with them again.

Cavehill road branch..utterly appalling service. We were repeatedly given misinformation about management fees on a property we were purchasing. When we finally discovered the truth from solicitor, we approached the manager of the branch and he reacted in such an unprofessional manner that we were left aghast! Also practically impossible to get anyone to ever return a call despite leaving countless messages…thankfully we weren’t selling through this agent but I would never recommend them to anyone! Shocking service!!!

We dealt with Alan Shields with both the sale of our own property & the purchase of our new home. We found Alan to be extremely professional & he kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates & took all the stress out of what can be a very stressful process.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Alan to anyone thinking of selling their property!

From my first point of contact right through to completion I simply couldn’t have asked for better. Graham was attentive, interested and more than helpful. When you engage with a professional nothing is a problem and it had some issues which he assist with and removed the obstacles.

Selling a family home after your parents have passed away is never easy, however I would like to thank Graeme Farquhar from Pinpoint Cavehill for the continued support he has shown over the last few months.
