Graeme F (Cavehill Branch) came out to provide myself and my partner a valuation. We opted to get a few valuations from estate agents, however felt that Graeme was invested in helping us achieve the asking price we thought was justifiable for our property. He subsequently came back to picture the property and we knew Pinpoint was the best choice for us as he had us at ease, showed us the photos he was taking, recommended items to remove / keep in for photos and generally overall made us feel at ease. The photographs were to an exceptional quality, which helped sell our home in just 3 weeks. It was how l was assisted to get accommodation,the people were so caring and panctual on time to view the house.the office staff where so good if they promise you a call regarding a premise,also a member staff came to the apartment to show me around and hand over the keys.

Having used many letting agents in Belfast Area I can say pinpoint have been excellent. We are currently looking for our new home and Alan Martin has been our representative from pinpoint since we started looking. Alan has been exceptional at keeping in touch via phone or email. He has been the only estate agent in various agencies that has actually called us with properties that he feels may fit our needs. He has been attentive, answering any questions we had about properties. He has been knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. Alan has also been proactive about introducing properties to us that fit our criteria. Alan is welcoming but not overpowering.
