Paul was amazing at guiding us through making our Wills by putting us at ease and explaining everything in a way that didnt overwhelm us but left us in control still. We had been putting off doing our wills for a while as found the idea very daunting but Paul's personalised approach to our meetings made the whole experience so
easy. Lovely touches like remembering our Football team from previous conversations and picking up on social queues of moments that where difficult for us to do put us at ease. Writing a Will was always something my husband and I kept putting off. That was until we spoke to Paul at Pivotal. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgable and made the whole process so straightforward and comfortable that we ended up wondering why we had left it so long!

Paul was great, he was extremely professional and patient in answering all our questions during the process, we had 2 zoom calls with a short gap in between so that we could read the information at our leisure and did not make us feel obliged to accept the service. It was a thoroughly worthwhile time spent putting in place our joint will, this gives us peace of mind which is important.
