So helpful, I didnt read the items properly so they rang me and explained and got things sorted immediately. Products arrived really quickly. and are of a good standard

Superb

Superb customer service from start to finish.

I ordered the wrong part and emailed them. They immediately rang me, arrange the return and refunded me. You don't get better then that!

Poor start but good service in the end.

Terrible customer service. The first part of my order was delivered within a reasonable timeframe, however the second part of my order still hasn't arrived a month later. I have emailed twice to query this and been ignored each time. Their delivery isn't cheap, but becomes ridiculous when they can't even deliver all your items. Will definitely avoid in future.
Edit: after leaving this review I was contacted by a helpful employee who ensured the missing items were delivered asap.

I am really sorry , Mr Knight but we depends on carrier companies . We do our best to provide a good service but sometimes is out of our hands . I am glad the problem was eventually sorted and I have to apologize again

The service was good but shipping cost was extortionate - cost more than the price of the goods it contained.

Thank you for your feedback, Wayne , but, unfortunately those are the chargers raised by Fedex not us . And, in our defence, £10 delivery charge is very small compare to what other companies are changing these days . I am sorry you had to leave a 2 starts review when you were happy about our service and products .

Placed two orders had trouble ordering on Web page so rang company spoke to jaz she did everything for me over phone excellent service and delivered on time thankyou will keep using them
