Been trying to find an alternative for ages and none were really working, but ploom is great, been using it for the last few days and feels a lot better. Also thank you to Freddie, Mike and rich, great lads who made my day!

hate this product, tastes horrible! (every flavour i brought) only good thing was the way the lady sold it to me, such a good attitude and great price for how much I received but I will never be buying/using it again.

I bought a Ploom device a while ago and tried it but went back to smoking cigarettes. I thought I would give it another go as ploom evo sticks are so much cheaper than cigarettes. I bought gold evo sticks and found them really good they have a great taste and are very satisfying I’ve not had a normal cigarette for 3 weeks and am going to stay with the ploom device and the yummy gold sticks.

Mike, freddy and Richard were really friendly and offered me great customer service. What fantastic staff you have.

Tried the ploom heated tobacco and really enjoyed it. I was talked through all I needed to know by Nick, Terry & Aaron and sampled lots a flavours and picked 2 that I liked.

Tried at Reading Services. Never seen before but wow! Tastes like a cigarette but without the harmful chemicals.
Have vaped for years but will move to this instead.

Mikey, Rich and Lindsay couldn’t have done more for us.

Just made a passing trip through Stafford services when I bumped into Mike, Richey, Lynda who talked me through heated tobacco. Love the concept, tried the bronze and was just really fags.

Really personable, engaging team who did not oversell in a push way. They were very approachable. Mikey, Lindsey and Rich, it was a genuine please to chat.

I came this week and met with Richard, Mikey and Lindsey who were very informative on ploom and it’s benefits so I will look at purchasing at a later date.

Very interesting product which I’m excited to use more.
I spoke with Mike, Lyns and Rich all very polite people that were full of knowledge and were ready to answer any questions I had. I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews but I really believe these guys were worth a mention for their hard work and amazing customer service skills. Stopped on way to airport as seen in my home in Romania Also, really like the purple and tan coffee flavour and although cold outside, Terry, Aaron, & Nick were friendly and helpful and super quick putting the sale through to not hold us up, thanks for the coffee also
