Iqos needs to make better terea sticks which can last longer or gives more than 14 puffs.

Failed nextâday delivery and unhelpful customer service
I ordered from IQOS UK with nextâday delivery guaranteed for orders placed before 8pm. My order met the criteria, yet the courier tracking showed the parcel hadnât even been dispatched a day later. This is unacceptable for a service advertised as nextâday.
When I contacted customer support, I received generic scripted replies and no meaningful assistance. As a longâtime customer who spends a considerable amount with IQOS, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expected better and will be rethinking future purchases.
