Got nabbed by the boys

Got nabbed by the boys Nick, Aaron, and Terry on my way in to reading services to buy a couple packs for my iqos and ended up with 2 ploom devices and 8 packs of evo sticks. Had a right chuckle with the lads and cant believe I can still get my evo sticks when im at my second home in Malaysia! And a coffee to boot!

Michael at Stafford - Excellent

My mum (Marie) bought a device for myself and one for her from Michael at Stafford services on Tuesday. There was great chat and the customer service was amazing. Michael is a lovely guy and is the reason I would go back to this Ploom outfit again the future. We are also now part of the loyalty scheme “Ploom Club” which is great 😊.

I had a great experience with Terry, Nick, and Aaron at the Reading East store while exploring their heated tobacco products. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Terry took the time to explain the different options available and helped me choose the best product for my needs. Nick and Aaron were also fantastic, offering insights into the latest models and explaining how to get the most out of my purchase. Their friendly and helpful approach made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my decision. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area and considering a heated tobacco product! Could resist buying!

I had an outstanding experience at Reading East Services, thanks to Terry, Nick, and Aaron. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to their range of heated tobacco products. Terry took the time to explain the different options in detail and made sure I understood the benefits of each one. Nick was great at showing me how the devices worked and answered all my questions with patience. Aaron’s insight into the latest models was really helpful, and his recommendations were spot-on. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made for a very smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. I highly recommend visiting if you're interested in exploring heated tobacco products—they really know their stuff!

Bad experience at the store

I went to the store and Mikey, Richard & Lindsey did not make a good impression on me, like they did with the other customers, unfortunately. He kept pushing the products on me, although I told him I was just looking around. And when I left he said "I'm sure you will be happy with our new product, Ligma" and I asked what is that. He said "Ligma balls" :/

Great experience

Popped into reading east, & today tried a heated tobacco product after being a loyal rolling tobacco smoker for years, and I have to say, the ploom experience has been nothing short of impressive. The device itself delivered a smooth and satisfying taste, closely mimicking the familiar flavour I’ve grown accustomed to with my regular tobacco. I especially appreciate how much less odor there is compared to traditional smoking, making it a lot more convenient for both myself and those around me.
A huge thank you to Aaron, Nick, and Terry for their exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. They were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision to make the switch. Their professionalism and dedication to helping me find the right flavour of tobacco through the tasting really stood out,.
I can already tell that this change is going to be a great one for me, and I’d highly recommend giving it a try if you’re on the fence. Thanks again to the team for making this transition so easy and enjoyable

I recently visited the Ploom heated tobacco store at Stafford Services on the M6, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service. The Ploom heated tobacco offers a great alternative for those seeking a smoother, less smoky experience, and the variety of products available was fantastic. What really made my visit stand out, however, was the exceptional service from Richard, Mikey, and Lindsey. They were incredibly helpful, offering detailed information about the products and helping me make the best choice for my needs. I had a brilliant experience at the Stafford Services on the M6 thanks to Mikey, Rich, and Lindsey. I hadn’t even heard of the Ploom device before, but they gave me a great demo and explained how it works. Their enthusiasm and knowledge made it really easy to understand.

Ploom uses heated tobacco instead of burning it, so you get the flavor without the smoke smell. I ended up buying one and have to say, I’m really happy with it!

Big shoutout to Mikey, Rich, and Lindsey for making my stop way more interesting than expected. If you’re passing through, definitely check them out!

A purchase to remember

Stopped by Stafford Services and was greeted by possibly the most attractive human being on Earth selling Ploom. The transaction was smoother than I thought possible—effortless, efficient, and honestly life-changing.

The Ploom itself? Fantastic. But let’s be honest, it was the charm, smile, and sheer magnetism of Lindsey that made this an unforgettable experience.

Would I drive out of my way to buy another Ploom here? Absolutely. Worth every mile.

I bought a ploom device a while ago 2 years almost and…

I bought a ploom device a while ago and i haven’t used it for a long time so it was in drawer.I have tried now to charge it so i can use it again but is not charging,when you put it on charge will vibrate and white light comes on but straight away will shut down and is being on charge since morning.Didn’t last long unfortunately like other devices.Very disappointing.
