Pluginhive is always very responsive and helpful. I reached out with some setup questions today and was able to have a zoom meeting almost immediately, which was very helpful.

Very knowledgeable team and excellent support. The plugin saved us from having to manage multiple carrier integrations just to show live shipping rates. Everything was reviewed end-to-end, setup, labels, rates, and configuration. Solid product and top-notch support. Highly recommended.

Pluginhive has been the best shipping plugin I have come across so far! I am not very computer savvy but the plugin is very easy to navigate and if you do have any trouble the customer service at plugiinhive is top notch! 10/10. Things mostly just work and are fairly intuitive. The one problem I had, their support team was incredibly prompt and helpful. Seriously, I was blown away by how helpful and quick these guys were. Like, you just don’t see that very often. Wish I could rate higher just for that.

Great app for automation of all my orders the best part is you also get a free trial with the live app to understand it weather it is for you or not and also get live help from the team of Plugin keep it up.

I have a client that has been using the UPS Shipping Pluging for a few years and now have another client that wants to use the USPS Shipping plugin. I setup a conference call with PluginHive and they walked me through the entire process. Very simple and the technician was extremely helpful. Very happy with these products.

BEWARE
Needed to test functionality with our very GEO particular website.

Pluginhive told me to purchase the plugin (since theres no trial option) and assured me they will refund it within 30 days if I'm not satisfied. It's in their terms and conditions too (which I made a copy of at the time).

I'm not satisfied with their plugin. It in combination with Woocommerce does not address our requirements. We have already made the decision to migrate to another platform since we cant get these requirements in Woocommerce.

I do not wish for further support, I would like my refund.
I really wish it didnt have to come to this review. But not getting any response concerning my refund. Just further requests for support and blocked email messages.

I was referred to them by Fedex themselves, I will be making Fedex aware of this situation too.

Very happy to integrate Amazon Shipping service with woocommerce, Now I can ship directly from the plugin itself. Ms. Keerthi and Mr. Abhilash guided us completely for setting things up and very happy that they stayed in call till the very end and guided me step by step.

Amazing support, I requested a zoom call and Manohar took the time to explain step by step everything I was not sure regarding Rate automation, orders management and printing shipping labels. He also suggested how to improve my experience with their plugin. Finally a great alternative to manage multiple carriers during a Canada Post strike in Canada.
